We were met by a rude porter (the other two were not bad) immediately began to yell something (this is his normal state), it turned out that we had to close the door, which we did not leave open and, moreover, hating Russians. By the way, this was just the most important thing that spoiled the mood, everything else could be swallowed. He settled the two of us in a small room, exactly the same as a single room. When we tried to clarify this circumstance through a representative of the travel agency, he yelled at her and said that if we don’t like it, then let them move out, although after us a man settled from St. Petersburg, he settled him in a double room, apparently we told him something didn't like it right away. In general, we spat on this matter, did not spoil our vacation, and lived in this room. In my opinion, these are former numbers, not otherwise. There was an announcement on the working elevator that the elevator was not working (elevator for one person). True, we sometimes ignored this announcement, because. the attendants and some of the residents living on it and the elevator was clearly working. yet they never said a word to us. All announcements were only in Russian and only of a prohibitive nature, maybe. because there are only Russians there, although I also heard German speech. Some tourists knew French, they said that they even sounded - Russian pigs. The only thing that comforted us was that we left at 8 am and returned after 12 at night. I do not advise anyone to take this hotel, it is very unpleasant when the hotel is bad and the attitude is, to put it mildly, unfriendly. By the way, Riviera travel agency.

A sign in Russian hung on the elevator all week that it was not working. For breakfast, upon issue, they give two stale buns, 10 g of butter, 20 g of jam and a glass of tea or coffee. In addition to the above charms, the owner, who has gone out of his mind, is a stingy old man who at times shouts something furiously in French, while waving his arms hysterically.

Never stay at the Hotel Blanche in the center of Paris! It's a terrible rooming house with bed bugs, mice and red ants!! ! I'm not talking about falling apart furniture, not closing doors to the toilet and bath, and the unfriendly attitude of the staff. Okay, this can still be tolerated, but unsanitary conditions! Moreover, mostly Russians are accommodated in this hotel. Travel agency "BSI Group" did not warn about the unsanitary condition of the hotel. She apparently does not care where to resettle the Russians. Upon arrival, we sent a claim to this company, but things are still there. Why should we endure such treatment and humiliation? Can anyone answer?

I have always been surprised at the exactingness of tourists who leave negative reviews about hotels, but here there are simply no normal human conditions. In the photo, apparently, the only decent room in this hotel. In fact, you will be met there by dirt, unsanitary conditions, cramped conditions. The furniture of the late seventies of the last century, the table and chairs on iron legs were borrowed from Soviet canteens, the wardrobe is about to fall. Terrible plumbing, you can’t turn around in the shower - either you will bury yourself in the tap and turn off the water, or you will have to crawl along a very dirty curtain, the pipes hang on the wire, the door to the restroom does not close (not in the sense that there is no valve, why is it there, and not closed in principle - either swollen, or not intended for closing at all). Extremely lazy, untidy, unfriendly staff, they can easily yell at a client for a reason known only to them (the owner is not adequate at all), a diverse flora - ants, bedbugs, wood lice (the list is not complete). Towels do not understand how they are washed or not washed at all, the bed linen was not changed even once in a week. At night, a crowd excited by the Moulin Rouge rustles under the windows, the buses waiting for them do not turn off the engines, and right under the windows there is not only noise, but also exhaust gases. In the mornings, local traders are extremely noisy unloading trucks. If you close the window, there is no air conditioning. The elevator does not work, it is so old that even when it works, it is still scary to ride it, and you can only do it alone.
We were there in July 2010. When choosing a hotel, we decided that we didn’t need a pool and a gym, it would be where to spend the night and take a shower, and the travel agent assured that a kopeck piece in Europe is quite comparable to a three-ruble note in Turkey. They specifically asked if it was worth taking a more expensive ticket, was it really a normal hotel, to which the tour operator (DSBW tours) assured that everything was in order there (it is not clear what reason they have for this). Well, this is not a hotel. This is a rooming house for the poor, mostly Russian tourists. It is strange why there are so few negative reviews about it, apparently most are just ashamed that they stayed at this place.
