I was at sea with my wife. Were dissatisfied with the service in Feriniki. It all started with the check-in at the hotel: when we arrived on a package tour, there were no places in the hotel. We were settled in another hotel (Paradise), which is half an hour walk from ours. In principle, it was good there, only I had to go to eat for half an hour before the canteen of Fereniki. The next day, with great torment, we were settled in our studio room in Feriniki. The food is varied and you can choose for every taste. A lot of fruits. We had HB food, but at the same time it was impossible to drink drinks at dinner (you had to pay for them, for example, coffee for 2.5 euros). It's quite humiliating when you pay for food but they ask you to pay extra for coffee. They have an employee who walks around and picks up drinks from those who have not paid.
Towels were changed every 2 days, but only one, not all at once. The rooms were also not cleaned in the best way: for example, they didn’t change the sheet that was laid on the bed for a clean one, but simply shook off the sand and laid it again, despite the fact that they laid the place under their heads that used to hit under their feet. These phenomena are not uncommon for this hotel, since other tourists also spoke about it. At the reception, there is a frequent disassembly about the inconvenience with the staff. There is 1 Russian-speaking employee, but he often has a day off. It's good that at least one hotel employee with whom we became friends, understanding what kind of reception was arranged for us in the form of compensation, brought us a remote control for the air conditioner and a key to the safe for free.
The attitude towards Russian-speaking tourists is worse than, for example, Germans, Poles, Italians. They don't have to pay for air conditioning.

As excursions, we went to Chania (the bus runs 1 time per hour, costs 4 euros one way) and to Karnas Lake on a bicycle (rented for a day 4 euros without documents). There are catamarans on the lake for 7 euros per day.
We found a car rental from 35 euros per day, unfortunately we left the driver's documents at home without thinking about car rental.
Summing up, I’ll say that the service in this hotel is below average + to everything the Greeks also want to constantly breed for money, draw conclusions...
