There are really only two pools for the people, one with sea water and a “small” addition of chemistry (the daughter jumped out of there in a minute, then washed her eyes for half an hour) and one with fresh water, crowded with people to the limit, well, there the daughter already endured, the only slide after all . Although the slide has a strange mode of operation - during the day there is a break for a couple of hours, in the evening it also does not work an hour before dinner. The rest of the pools are for VIPs and villas only. Well, there are a lot of reviews about the hotel’s beach here on the site, reluctance to repeat, it’s really impossible to go in because of the stones, well, in principle, I don’t really want to because of the constant stormy weather.
A five-minute walk from the hotel there is a quiet cove where you can normally swim. There are a whole bunch of restaurants, bars, but everyone has a different work schedule, when some work, others are closed, then everything closes, then something opens. Upon check-in, they give a piece of paper with all this described. But in reality, only a couple of them work at the same time, and for some reason it seems that then the remaining grub is dragged from them to those that should open next, such a non-waste production. The service in the main restaurant is very strange, maximum attention is paid to Europeans, and to immigrants from the CIS countries, very calm, let's say. You order a bottle of wine and immediately meet a surprised look: Are you also going to drink wine here? Maybe I'm misinterpreting such views, of course, but if after that a warm bottle is brought, then I don't even know what else to say.
The same attitude is felt in the main bar, you need to hypnotize the barmaid for half an hour to get at least something, if you stay in this bar for an hour, you will definitely become a witness to the conflict of our compatriots with the servants due to excessive waiting for the order, and only visitors are worried, the servants are very take it all in stride. In bars by the pool, on the beach and in Uzeria at night, the attitude towards visitors from the CIS countries is adequate, but for some reason the assortment is steadily associated with the leftovers left after the restaurant. One gets the impression that this is not the arrogance of individual hotel employees, but the hotel's policy of separating vacationers. There is no entertainment, the animators are dull, in comparison with neighboring hotels, the most boring. Widely advertised table tennis - tattered rackets, a table with rotten legs, although at the end of our race a second one was brought.

It is impossible to find table tennis balls, “They must have flown away somewhere, you can look under the table in the bushes in the trash, etc. , etc. ”- a normal phrase from the mouth of a five-star hotel employee, I had to buy balls in the city, even though they played tennis. What else? Of course, there are a lot of questions for the hotel staff regarding the cleaning of the rooms, but I am not a bore in this regard. The only thing that made me laugh was when, after the next cleaning, they forgot a dirty rag right in the middle of the room, maybe they are proud of their inventory, I don’t know. In general, the hotel certainly doesn’t pull on any five, a maximum of four, and then with a stretch. It seems that you have done some great favor by letting this miracle hotel, knowing the price tag of this hotel is somewhat strange, isn't it? The main purpose of our trip was to see the sights of Crete, we fulfilled it, for those who have the same goal, I advise you to choose another hotel. A few more words about the trip in general.
