During long negotiations with the support service (from 8:00 am to 12:30 pm), the documents were found with some other courier, but the plane had already left... We were transferred to a plane that left the next day at about 7 am... Thus, the whole day was lost... Thanks to the efforts of our travel agency and relatives in Moscow, we were "compensated" for the lost day with 1 excursion (for 2x) (which initially they were not even going to do - the guide at the hotel Larisa said that they already transplanted us on another plane) Probably the financially lost amount of them was compensated, but morally...... The sediment remained.
