1 Hot water is unknown when it happens.
2 Our room was on the 2nd floor, the kitchen is in the basement, so when they cook a burda for us (because this food cannot be called anything else), the stench of old oil beats in the nose as much as on the 2nd floor.

4 Bed linen and towels are changed every 3-4 days.

The all inclusive program is not what you think, there you will get to know a new kind of this program! In general, it was not a rest but a punishment. And one more piece of advice, we were met from the phoenix tour, a girl came, every day she offers excursions and car rentals there, so that's what I want to say - DON'T FUCK!! ! she will tell you such fables, such horror stories about companies that sell trips and rent a car. We were advised by the woman at the reception, she speaks zero but speaks English, so thank you very much, we rented a Peugeot 206 for 200 euros for a week with insurance, do not hesitate to bargain, but in Phoenix it is exactly 2 times more expensive, and excursions to the reception are possible buy, only better in the evening when the representative of the phoenix leaves, also 10-20 euros per person is cheaper.
