The hotel was disappointing on all fronts at first glance. The voucher said it was a 4-star hotel, but it doesn't even qualify for a good 3-star. The staff greeted us warmly, even offering us water from the cooler while we waited for our room. We never saw the water cooler again. When we asked where the water was, they said we could drink it from the tap.

The staff greeted us warmly, even offering us water from the cooler while we waited for our room. We never saw the water cooler again. When we asked where the water was, they said we could drink it from the tap. The rooms are small cubicles with a double bed, two nightstands, a small closet, a dresser with a mirror, and a mini-fridge. The room only allowed one person to move around, so two people couldn't pass each other. The bathroom, which is adjacent to the room, is small and serves its purpose. The only exceptions were two hellish days out of seven without hot water, which suddenly disappeared. It was impossible to figure out when the hot water would return until we had to cause a huge scandal and raise everyone's alarm. The staff is friendly, but unresponsive. Everyone smiles, isn't rude, and answers questions, but they're all on their own wavelength—they don't listen to you and don't solve your problems. The restaurant is in another hotel, a 10-minute walk away, or a shuttle service is available for 6-7 people. . which runs very slowly

Of the pluses: location by the sea. The hotel's charm came on the first day: the socket for the kettle did not work, so we heated the water on the floor near the entrance door; ants in incredible numbers populated all the rooms; the toilet cistern did not hold water; the shower drain, on the contrary, did not let water through.

The hotel's charm came on the first day: the socket for the kettle did not work, so we heated the water on the floor near the entrance door; ants in incredible numbers populated all the rooms; the toilet cistern did not hold water; the shower drain, on the contrary, did not let water through. The administrator listened carefully to all the comments and promised to send us a "master specialist". And the "master specialist" (by the way, Russian-speaking) really appeared very soon, listened to our comments, walked around the room and said "nothing bad, you can live". He did not even try to solve the problems. And so our rest with ants and inconveniences passed, because in the opinion of the "master specialist" everything was "OK". It turns out that the hotel administration does not care in what conditions the vacationers live, the main thing is to get money (by the way, not small).
