The hotel is worth its 3 stars. Small area surrounded by greenery. Located in the village of Platanias - 15 minutes from Rethymnon (by bus - 1.2 euros one way ticket, stop - a stone's throw from the hotel). The hotel has free wi-fi (it worked only at the main building - where the bar is), in this building itself there is a computer with free Internet access, in the room there is a free safe and air conditioning, a kitchen, a refrigerator. In the direction of the sea - a swimming pool with free sunbeds, to the sea at a slow pace - three minutes. Pebbles and sand - just enough. The sea was stormy - then calmed down. The water is just great! But deep enough. Sunbeds on the beach are paid.
Breakfast is monotonous, but everything is edible and fresh. Cleaned so-so, but the linen was changed, towels - if thrown on the floor. There were no problems with mosquitoes and ants. The place is generally quiet and peaceful. A lot of resting families with children of different ages from different countries.
Maria - the administrator - speaks Russian, can stick with a "requirement" to buy honey and olive oil from her (it's expensive) - we didn't take it. Steven - the owner - only speaks English - always ready to help!
