Already upon arrival at the hotel at 12 o'clock at night with a small sleeping child in her arms, we are informed that the room is not ready for you (((and they are settled in 2 dark closets without windows separately. The eldest daughter, throwing back the blanket, was very scared when she saw a huge cockroach on the pillow. Room it was impossible to call a number...it's really a utility room with cockroaches. The second room, where I and the youngest child spent the night, was a little better, but the air conditioner did not work there, or rather it constantly blew icy air and it was impossible to switch it off.
When the husband went to ask for help, the hotel administrator said with a disgruntled face, well, you can’t bear it for one night, you will be accommodated in another room tomorrow. We have never seen such a nightmare before. On this, as it turned out, all the horror was just beginning. Waking up in the morning, we were asked to leave these closets ...as the newly arrived guests should have already settled there. We sat outside with suitcases and children, waiting for our room, from which the guests had not yet left. It's a lost night...a lost day of rest. When we were finally settled into the family room, it turned out that it was no better than the two previous ones. Beds 4 separate old hospital bed beds with horribly old pissed mattresses and bulging springs. (on the operator’s website there is a description that all mattresses and beds have been changed) the horror is what a lie. The closet smelled of sewage.
The closet built into the wall stank of dampness and old age, I didn’t want to put anything there. There was a layer of dust under the bunks. The bathroom is a separate conversation. They manage to screw up ordinary pasta so much that people have no choice what to just eat so as not to starve.
