Rested with my husband and children at the end of July. We arrived at the hotel in the morning, we were greeted by pleasant reception staff, asked to wait a bit until check-in time, until our room was ready. But literally an hour later we were settled, the room went to the middle of the hotel, it was pretty quiet there. The window overlooked the sea. The room is no frills, simple, clean, a little cramped for a large family, the furniture is in good condition, 2 single beds were combined together and for children there is a bunk bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, etc. The room was cleaned every day except Sunday. We took a safe for a week for 15 euros and beach towels for 5 euros, at the end they were returned.
The disadvantage of this hotel is the Internet, as it works very slowly, there are failures. The food at the hotel is acceptable, without unnecessary frills, but the main thing is that everything is fresh and deliciously cooked. Breakfast is monotonous, every day the same thing basically, but there is plenty to choose from. Dinners delighted with their variety of salads, assorted cheeses, meat dishes and side dishes.
There is a small adult and children's pools, a bar, there are sunbeds and umbrellas, tables with chairs for relaxing.

To the sea, 3-5 minutes across the road, sand with pebbles, equipped with sun loungers, the water was pleasant, warm, but there were waves.
During the rest, animators worked every day, in the morning they held aerobics and yoga classes on the beach, in the evenings they took the children from dinner and played with them, giving their parents a break.
We bought an excursion for the Cretan evening from our hotel guides and rented a car. It takes about 15 minutes to get to Rethymno by car, and it is there that the most delicious food and the most beautiful views. In general, Crete is very diverse and nature, and architecture, and, of course, the local atmosphere.
The family that works at the hotel also gives a certain charm to the hotel, it seems that they came to visit old friends.
In general, the hotel fully satisfied us for its price, and the island of Crete itself simply amazed us with its diverse beauty and wonderful sea.
