I couldn't have imagined a worse vacation.
Today we returned from Amnissosa and I'm still shaking with anger. Who wants to know the truth about this hotel, I hope you read my review. The hotel is family owned, but it is owned by a very bad family. The daughter of the hostess at the reception, the hostess was in charge of the restaurant, the hostess's husband for technical issues, the son at the bar. At first glance, mine people, but how you dig such unpleasant and indecent. If you read to the end you will understand that it is.
So, we were there for 11 days and all the worst started from the first day: we were put in the room that is in the photo (we almost fell). I myself worked in a hotel with 3 stars in Anapa, but I have not seen such shit (sorry for this). My husband and I asked for a double bed, and we were given two single beds pushed together on one of which the mattress did not fit and was laid at a slope. The sheet on the mattress was dirty, the one that was covered was torn, the towels were gray and already torn on the sides. The toilet seat was split and I pinched my leg, the “shower cabin” is a side on the floor without a curtain, and a holder on the wall for the shower, I don’t know what it was from, but it didn’t hold anything and so in all rooms. There was not a single shelf in the chiffoner, but there was a safe (((((((The room had only one lamp on the bedside table and it was dark like in a crypt. whom we met there), and we have ants and even in the refrigerator.

After seeing all this, we went to the administrator, i. e. daughter of the hostess and demanded another room, to which we were told that they did not have other rooms and maybe tomorrow and that what they gave us fully meets 3 stars. She started arguing with us and dragged the certificate. Then she told us to come tomorrow at 10 am. We "slept" in that room and I was afraid to roll off the mattress all night, and in the morning my back hurt terribly. At 11 the next day he was given another 3-star room, but when we went to dinner the hostess and her daughter were pointing their fingers at us and hissing in Greek. And then, like miro, they smiled and said Halo, the poison squirted and it was clear that they would ruin our vacation.
Nutrition: a separate issue. The food is imported. We ate everything that was left from the evening or lunch of the previous day (salads were sometimes sour, especially the vaunted "Greek" which consisted of either tomatoes or cucumbers) + what was brought in addition. I myself saw how a Greek woman laid out salads with her hand, I felt sick. The owners saved on everything and even on napkins. If there were a lot of people, they would put under the table what they wanted to put on the table for their guests (who ate there almost every day), i. e. most delicious. The food is similar to our canteen. And every day is the same.
Drinks: (all inclusive) cola (not cola), sprite, soda, orange juice (not juice), beer, wine and low alcohol drinks. All diluted to impossibility. And half a glass of ice was added. They could only drink from 11 to 22 for free at the bar, however, when the hostess or her daughter was there, they said that we could not drink so much and should come up no more than with an interval of 15 minutes. And we came from the sea and we were tormented by thirst. I have never seen anything like this to save on water. Cocktails cost 7 euros and like a second for nothing.
Service: the room was cleaned badly, but it is clear that they tried to please US because we were indignant. But all the bedding was stained and terribly old. In general, we thought that it was being moved from one room to another, because it had never seen an iron and washing powder in its life.
In the restaurant, the daughter of the hostess and everyone else were talking loudly across the hall, in the end this lack of culture began to strain. I have not seen the Greeks in Anapa behave like this in their restaurant. The administrator (daughter of the hostess) spoke arrogantly and she had to be searched all the time around the territory. Then the truth at the reception was a nice Greek girl.

Pool: it was dirty all the time (there was always sand at the bottom). There was a lot of chemistry, they cleaned badly. On the last day of our stay, leaves and debris floated in it, but the owner saw it and did not bother to take a net and at least catch it. And in the evening, with the backlight, it generally looked like milk.
Beach: the travel agency assured us that the hotel has its own beach. It was already correctly written that even the owners cannot show it. It just doesn't exist. And for sun loungers on the beach, we paid 6 euros (bought 2 cola), because in another place there was dirt everywhere. And the last few days I generally ran into the water and immediately jumped out because there are small gray fish in the water, which gnaw out a piece of skin. It hurts, I tell you.
The owners of the hotel: they try to appear friendly, but it ends when you make a claim. And then it starts: on the last day I was picking up food at dinner, I looked up and saw that the hostess was looking at me and grinning. I asked if she had any problems, to which she replied that I was her problem and that I was a "capitalist woman". She also said that I would have problems at the airport and with the company with which I was traveling. And we were also told that we have lunch and dinner at the expense of the hotel. This is no gate.
As a result, when we arrived at the airport, they loudly announced that my husband and I went to point 10, although registration was at 15-16-17. We didn't care and didn't go. Checked in, went through screening and left.
Unfortunately, the only thing I can do is to warn others that this can happen to anyone. I definitely won't go there again. And I do not advise you.
