The hotel area is cozy - cute houses, well-groomed greenery, clean.

Lived in 2 rooms. The rooms are quite spacious, in one the furniture was new, in the other - battered, but durable, there are only hangers in the closets, no shelves. The bathrooms in both rooms are organized inconveniently - a very small shower compartment. Pleasant, spacious terraces with table and chairs.

Meals: Deliciously cooked (with the exception of powdered "potato" puree).
Breakfast is quite decent: two types of rather tasty sausage, sandwich butter, melted cheese, cool donuts + several types of jam, sometimes scrambled eggs or croutons, cake, hot and cold milk, yogurt, corn flakes and muesli. "Cretan" tea and coffee - slop, tea bags and cocoa.
For lunch, the choice is poor - one meat dish, for example: chicken wings (how many of them a strong man should eat to get enough : )), one side dish, several salads. For dessert, watermelon or oranges, several times there was a melon, jelly or pastries.

From 17 to 17:30 quite decent ice cream and tea-coffee with cookies.
At dinner - one meat dish, once there was fish (pangasius), potatoes or rice for a side dish, a vegetable dish or casserole, a "Greek" salad, watermelon or a sweet dessert.

For us, the strange mode of operation of the pool was news - from 10 to 18, since pools in hotels usually work from 8 in the morning (we would gladly swim until tomorrow) and until dinner. The pool itself is quite spacious, of optimal depth, painted with paint and in 10 days I have never seen it cleaned. The pool is crowded, not enough shade, but there are enough sun loungers (very old by the way) for everyone.

Service is excellent! Very friendly and smiling staff in the restaurant, the hostess is always "on duty" : ); the bartender is a wonderful fellow; at the reception they not only smile, but also try their best to solve problems that arise and answer all questions.
In the evening there is nowhere to walk - in the neighborhood of the hotel there are 2 shops, 2 taverns and 2 car rentals, the nearest village is 15 minutes on foot, to Rethymno - 25 minutes by bus. The hotel has children's animation.
In general, the hotel fully justifies its 3 *, but if you plan to stay in the hotel all the time, then it is better to pay more and go to a hotel of a higher level.
