There are no complaints about the hotel, everything is clean, the food is delicious, the staff is friendly, the cleaning in the rooms is regular and unobtrusive (only once we saw the maids on the floor, on the other days they managed to clean up while we were on the beach). The hotel is absolutely not focused on children (but we did not expect this). The neighboring Esperides Hotel is full of children's entertainment, and opposite the Esperos Hotel there is a children's Luna Park. We rented a car at the hotel car rental office (only because it was the closest, you had to go and go to Faliraki to other rental offices). Because There were no incidents - the service was satisfied. But, of course, I cannot vouch for how they behave in case of incidents. Although they warned us that their supposedly full insurance does not work on unpaved roads. Well, God knows them, we did not go into details.

As already mentioned in other reviews, the hotel has 2 buildings - one renovated building with SV and GV rooms (it has a reception) and a building with a side sea view SSV (connected to the main passage, it has a restaurant). We took GV (due to the difference with SV of 13 tons, which seemed significant). They settled us without incident in room GV 378. It is located in the right wing of the building, if you look at the hotel from the road. The room was good, the situation is fully consistent with the photos on the site. There was a gift in the room - a bottle of wine and a fruit basket. Electronic safe (free of charge), many wardrobes and drawers for clothes, LCD TV. There is no kettle. The central air conditioner worked well. In the bathroom there were beach towels (they are white with a beige pattern) that could be changed 4 times a week by the indoor pool. The view from the GV turned out to be very good - on the water park, mountains and the road, which did not bother at all, the only small minus was the utility yard (this is an asphalt area to the right of the building, where several hotel working machines stood). So if the sea view is not important to you, you can safely take the GV, but in my opinion you should not settle in an unrenovated building.
Nutrition.
We had HB. For the first time, the metro dotel seats you at a table (you can choose) and then you sit only in this sector - at this or neighboring tables. Breakfasts and dinners seemed to us very varied and very tasty. A lot has been written about food in other reviews, I will note that I liked it. A lot of fruits, all ripe (watermelons, melons, peaches, nectarines, apricots, green and red grapes, bananas, kiwi, oranges, apples, grapefruits, pears; all this was together for dinner, for breakfast there was less variety, there was not at all - cherries and strawberries). There really is champagne at breakfast - there is an ice bucket on each table, bottles of champagne in an ice bucket and glasses are on a separate table. True, we didn’t drink champagne... as in the famous film “champagne is drunk in the morning by aristocrats and degenerates . . ” : D Another feature is that drinks (coffee, juices, water) at breakfast, in addition to tea, are brought by the waiter. From juices - orange (so-so) and grapefruit (very tasty). Still in the corner with dietary food is a jug of cold tomato juice. Delicious sausage, fried and raw bacon, pancakes, omelettes, sausages . . 4 types of nuts and a whole lot more... At dinner, in addition to the buffet, you can order the main course (free) and ice cream (free). As you enter the restaurant, immediately to the left are samples of these dishes - there are always 4 of them - meat, fish, vegetarian and cold. The dinner buffet in my opinion was beyond praise, and the main dishes did not make much impression on me, I ordered them for the first week, and then stopped. Of the 7 main dishes I tasted, I remember the rabbit and the baked pangasius. Once (apparently it happens once a week), instead of the main dishes, a sea corner was decorated - king prawns, sushi, oysters, mussels, all kinds of fish, etc.... very tasty! I just couldn’t find soy sauce... but maybe I just didn’t notice - there are a lot of sauces and I didn’t want to ask . . In general, seafood was always present at dinner - salads with shrimp and mussels, baked mussels, octopus tentacles, squid... I love seafood: D In general, the food in this hotel can be extended endlessly... we were satisfied. Drinks at dinner for a fee, prices - water 1.2 euros, a bottle of cola - 2.5 euros, juice - 2.7, freshly squeezed juice - 3.5 euros, beer - 4.5, small bottle of wine from 8 euros. For the first time I went with a child to HB, and not to ALL, and I was very worried, but everything turned out to be ok. In the afternoon, we bought fruit on the beach at the Frulatti bar (a bowl of 3.8 euros), ice cream (2.7 euros) and donuts (0.5), in Tutti-Frutti french fries (3.5), hamburgers (from 2.5) and so on. The mini market in the hotel has water (0.8 euros), chips, biscuits, yoghurts, juices, cheese, sausages…
Territory and entertainment.
The territory is small, but beautiful and quite green. There are few flowers, many plants have suffered from the heat.
Pools - one bigger one only for Select Club (this is a separate category of superior rooms and meals in a separate restaurant in the form of a turret near this pool) - there are red umbrellas; the second - the main one - for everyone, small and shallow (1.25 meters). Perhaps the pool is the only minus of this hotel, my daughter loves to dive in the pool . . But because of its shallow depth, it warmed up remarkably in the evening. There is also a lazy river (1.25 m deep) and a small pool with aqua-gym (no one uses it . . ) An indoor pool 2.7 deep, there is also a tennis table with rackets and several simulators (all free, open from 10 to 17). There are always free sunbeds by the pool.
The animation is minimal. . . There is nothing for children at all - but the neighboring Esperidos hotel is apparently intended for them - there are slides and carousels. . .
Sea.
Very clean, pebbles, normal entry. The best entry in the center of the beach opposite the Frulatti bar. There are fish, for those who have not been to the Red Sea or the ocean it will be interesting. We saw crabs. The beach is clean and cleaned every evening. The beds are comfortable. There are always free sunbeds by the sea! ! Even when we arrived around 10 we could find a seat in the second row. I was very pleased that I did not have to take up space. The sea water is very warm. Often there was a wind, one day our inflatable crocodile was blown into the sea
Excursions.

We went on a sea excursion on the Popey boat for 3 hours - I recommend it. Just buy directly on the beach from Esperidosa - it's 30% cheaper than through a travel agency. The ship delivers to 3 beautiful bays, the captain treats with grape vodka and fruits. There is also an option for 5 hours with a barbecue. We also took a bus to Rhodes - walked around the old town, went to the aquarium. The aquarium is quite small, made in the form of a cave, we liked it, but it seems to me that it is not worth taking it as a separate excursion. We walked from the hotel to Faliraki - quite a distance, we went back by bus. For souvenirs, it is better to go to the Olympus hotel - it is not far towards Faliraki, there are many shops and a small supermarket.
A few words about Esperidos. The hotel is designed for families with children 5-10 years old - there are slides, carousels, a trampoline, slot machines . . The territory is modest, 3 pools, all small and small, there are practically no umbrellas by the pools, there are sheds. The sun loungers on the beach are not very good . .
