From objective shortcomings
1. Lack of shade - there is no greenery and shade at all in the hotel (and it is not expected - almost everything is concreted). Most of all, it resembles an Egyptian new building - a chic hotel has been built, but the palm trees have not yet grown.
2. Road to the sea. Of course, the mention that the sea is across the road is found in the description of the hotel. But I assumed that it's like a lot of places in Europe - the road runs right in front of the beach. ANYWHERE is not written that half a kilometer to the sea!! ! Moreover, the road is not pleasant - the "road of death" especially after 12. So, I describe the road. First, from the building to the parking lot (I remind you that there is no shade in the hotel). Then through the parking lot (yeah, hot asphalt, and additional heat from the car bodies). Then - a short respite in the underpass and go out to the road to the sea. The entire space from the highway to the sea is a neglected wasteland. The road itself is nothing more than dry clay clods sprinkled with stones - in places everything turns into a rut - this part is about 250 m. CONCLUSION: if you go with a small child - only a stroller !!!

3. The beach creates a feeling of unkemptness and desolation. There are only 80 sun beds - but there are more than enough of them, because far "a rare bird will fly to the middle of the Dnieper... " . Naturally, there is no food or drink on the beach - far from the hotel. In principle, I have never seen hotel workers there. The fact that this is the hotel's beach is only stated on a lopsided sign somewhere off the road. Sunbeds - very far from the water (about 50 m). Accordingly, looking after a child while sitting on a sunbed (ie under an umbrella) is unrealistic. The only option is to stand (sit / lie) right on the seashore.
There is sand in the sun loungers area, but the closer to the sea, the more stones. The coastline is small pebbles, the entrance to the water is rocky.
4. The territory of the hotel - 2-storey buildings, between which a river / pool flows. Beautiful. But the depth of the pool is constant everywhere - 1 meter. Accordingly, the eldest child (and her husband) - it was not a thrill, there was nowhere to swim. There is a deep pool (seemingly) in the main building - in the spa - but it seems to be only for spa visitors.
5. Children's club - it is (apparently, this is a formal requirement for obtaining 5 *). But it means a detached house with the inscription "Children's Club", in which there are some board games, to draw, maybe - Lego. ALL! No staff/animators provided. Likewise with the teen club. For children there is also a "playground" - 1 slide 2 swings, standing on the grass in the sun, always red-hot. For all the time I did not see a single child there, although there were many children in the hotel.
6. Animation - no as a class. What we are not fans of, but... for example, there is a basketball court. We ask what time they play there. At the reception they answer that you take the ball and play whenever you want. Well, in order for the people to gather, at least some special person or special time is needed, given that people do not know each other.
The only thing that is - in the evening on the terrace live music.
7. "Where to eat. " At the all-inclusive - there was practically no one there, i. e. all tourists only breakfast/dinner. At the same time, there are practically no options to eat during the day - either you “buy in addition” a buffet for lunch in the central restaurant, or there was another restaurant - as if on an island in the river (I won’t say anything about prices, it’s also not very tasty). Nothing more. And to the nearest non-hotel restaurant - to go.

8. Weather - it feels like there are always very strong winds in this place. After 5 minutes it is unrealistic to comb your hair, everything flies away from the balcony / from the table. Mom, who lived with us for one day, said that they don’t have such a wind.
Now subjective shortcomings (i. e. maybe it's just that we were so lucky) - the service is excellent in some places, but "surprises" in some places. For example, when we arrived, my husband dragged our suitcases to the reception on his own, waiting in front of the entrance for 20 minutes until someone took the bags from him. Check-in is at 2 o'clock. We waited for an hour and a half, we were only shown to the room at half past three - and then, the cleaners had just left. Then we found out that this was not due to overcrowding, but to the fact that they generally cleaned our building at that time. True, after I had a fight (children still need to sleep) - our room began to be cleaned until two.
We go into the room - everything is prepared for 3 people. I call the cleaning lady to clarify - where is the linen for Varya. She calls the reception and tries to find out with them... I wonder if they didn't know that there were four of us?
"A trifle, but nice": for some reason, the cost of the same cocktail in the same place varied depending on whether a child or an adult ordered (like 3.50 and 6 euros; ))
One more thing: my friend's son, even before his arrival, planned fitness classes for 2 hours a day (he is 13.5 years old, 176 cm tall, a muscular athletic boy). But he was refused, saying that the gym can only be used after 17 years (later I saw 8-10 year old children there without adult supervision).
Water sports - there is a booth on the beach. We did not understand whether they belong to the hotel or independent. But in the morning at 10-30 they were not there yet, although the opening time is written from 9.30.
On the plus side, I can say that the quality of food, varied, delicious. No fresh juices for breakfast though. Everywhere is very clean.

Yes, about the room - quite small and uncomfortable. So, the entrance from the street was directly into the children's bedroom (well, the audibility there is correspondingly high). There was no door from the nursery to the intermediate corridor. Therefore, having put the youngest to bed, we sat locked in a large room and could not even go to the toilet / open the refrigerator, etc.
