Food and service in the restaurant - for 5. Every time there was something new on the table, not yet tried)
There were few Russian guests, but this did not upset us, we took the chance to remember half-forgotten English))
The beach is across the road, but there is an underground passage, and if you are too lazy to walk, you can catch a club car and ask for a ride. The beach is equipped with free sunbeds. there is even a beach bar (which is very convenient), but, unfortunately, it is paid (which is very disappointing : )
In general, there is nothing to complain about. Liked the hotel. If we gather again in Rhodes, it is possible that we will choose it again.

What was my surprise when my boyfriend bought us a tour to this particular hotel. And indeed, the rest turned out to be fabulous, starting from the entrance to the hotel: columns, large manicured lawns, then just a royal hall. The hotel has a huge territory, it is constantly looked after. Every morning we started with a swim in the pool, because it was located right at the exit of our Doubles Superior Pool View Bungalow. The room has a large double bed. Cleaning every day, and if desired, at least a few times. Very attentive and hospitable staff, real professionals! Special thanks to the chefs who did not tire of surprising us with new and new assortment of dishes, salads, appetizers, desserts. I also liked the piano evenings at the Crystal Lounge Bar. Such a romantic atmosphere. We were taken to the beach in an electric car, which they drive around the golf course. At the end of the holiday we went on a tour of the east coast of the island. Impressed by Lindos - a very beautiful, original town, like a toy. And what kind of bay in the form of a heart, like a picture. Our friends were just jealous when they saw where we were. Go there next year. ) But of course, a walk on a sailing yacht left more vivid emotions. We made friends with a Russian family and together we rented a yacht from our hotel guide. Paid for all 550 euros. First, we swam in a picturesque bay, and then we sailed to meet the sunset in the city of Rhodes. We drank wine, ate fruit, enjoyed the scenery - an unforgettable experience. In general, the rest was a success! Thanks to the hotel, tour operator company and beloved!

There works a miracle bartender - Manoli. He can even speak Russian)) You can drive up to the beach in an electric car. The hotel is located very well: a quiet place five minutes drive from the town of Faliraki (there is better to hang out for young people). From the city of Rhodes about 10 km. The hotel only once did not clean our room, but it was our fault: both times, when a woman came to clean, we asked her to come back later. . . And the next day she didn’t come either)) We called the reception and everything was immediately settled. There was a problem with the air conditioner - again, because of our narrow-mindedness, we had to call the master. The master came, closed the door to the balcony and the condo started working))) I don’t recommend going there without knowing English. . . a couple of banal phrases in English, and they also melt when they are answered in their native Greek. Calimera, calispera, ola kala and the most important word EFHARISTO (thank you in our opinion)))

Recently returned from this "miracle" of the hotel business! You just get confused where to begin to describe all the "charms" of a two-week vacation at this 5 * Luxury Resort hotel. . . We rested on the all-inclusive system and immediately inconvenience, since not all hotel guests live on this system, so if, for example, you are lucky in a bar and you catch a waiter (which is not always easy) and try to place an order, he runs away again and you are waiting for another with a special typewriter in which he will write down from which number you are (suddenly you need a bill), then he leaves, but if there is someone at the table with you who drinks are not included, then he does not go far, as he have to feed you in case your non-all inclusive friends drink your all inclusive drinks! Difficult, inconvenient and does not fit with the concept of service. … More ▾ Recently returned from this "miracle" of the hotel business! Difficult, inconvenient and does not fit with the concept of service. . Room: not bad, although it could be bigger, but everything would be fine if it was clean! The mirror in the bathroom, as it was in drips and splashes upon check-in, remained in this form from day to day, the wardrobe mirror was also covered with stains and prints of various sizes and origins, the tables were covered in dust and mugs from glasses, the glass door to the balcony it seems that they didn’t wash at all for a year, no one cleaned the balcony itself, and there both the floor and the furniture were covered with a layer of dust, leaves, dried flowers, etc. . dirt, and the sunbeds were fouled by birds! After living a week in a state of constant bewilderment and one fine day 5 times asking to finally clean our room, which was never cleaned, I decided to talk with the hotel manager and ask him what, in his opinion, people pay money (and the money is not so small, as this hotel is about 1.5 times more expensive than the "regular" 5 stars)? After this epoch-making conversation, our room was "licked", that is, the toilet button was washed, the middle of the mirror in the bathroom was washed (apparently there was not enough fuse for a large area and the edges remained in streaks and I think now they "decorate" the rest of the next lucky ones, the closet was washed, but the door to the balcony did not undergo any changes, and remained in such a form that it was scary to touch it, the balcony was vacuumed, the dust was brushed off the tables, the sunbeds remained in shit (I admit that in the country where the maid came from this type of organic fertilizer is simply not considered dirt) . . Food: in the main restaurant there are two distributions, the food on them is the same, every day there was about the same list of dishes. We always slept through breakfast, ate only at lunch and dinner, but since there was no variety, after a week we could no longer look at all this fast food, we had to travel and eat outside the hotel, which led to significant additional expenses. But the main problem of this restaurant is not in the food, but it lies in the fact that no one cleaned the dirty dishes from the tables and the guests sat surrounded by used plates and appliances, making them up either on an empty place at the table (there were three of us and we made up the plates for the fourth place), and those who did not have free places on the tables made up everything on the adjacent, served tables, so when you came and sat down at the table, you had to understand that someone else's dirty dishes could well have stood on these napkins and cutlery! We observed the following picture: an elderly French couple came and sat down at a nearby table from which all the dishes had just been removed, after people had finished eating, but they had not yet served it again (this is also not fast). After sitting for more than five minutes, it became noticeable that people were already starting to get nervous, the uncle tried to call the waiter, but unsuccessfully - as a result, he got up and went around the restaurant to collect cutlery, plates, glasses and other serving items! We did not go to a la carte restaurants, as the only desire was to get somewhere far away from this hotel! We even went to the beach in Kamiros (it's 30 km from Rhodes), on the Aegean Sea! Swimming pools: after the children of our friends caught a stomach infection on the first day in the hotel pool (on the third floor) and fell ill with fever and vomiting, we did not approach them. But purely visually, there was nothing interesting in the hotel pools, everything is rather primitive, you will not find any artificial currents, jacuzzis, etc. there. Territory: the "landscape design" of this hotel consisted of a stunted lawn, bald plantings of some kind of quinoa and something resembling a flowering onion, as well as thinned bushes and stunted flowers in places! Entertainment: they are not in the hotel. Sometimes someone sang in the bars, but not until late and by 12 at night everything was closed! Once I also watched some dull aqua aerobics in the pool. . . Sea: the beach is across the road, but it's not too annoying, you can take a walk, or you can take electric cars, the drivers of which are the only ones who have no complaints at all - polite, smiling, they always ask if they can give you a lift. . . The bar on the beach is not included in the all-inclusive system and there are no lifeguards there, as the corresponding inscription says. Summary: this hotel has nothing to do with 5 * (I'm already silent about the luxury resort)! For comparison, last year we rested on the Greek island of Kos at the Blue Lagoon Village hotel, it’s just 5 * without any claims to the luxury segment and it’s one and a half times cheaper, but comparing these two hotels, by any criteria, is like comparing Lada Kalina ( La Marquise) and Rolls Royce Phantom (Blue Lagoon Village). You choose. . .

Rested on the All Inclusive system.
We were well received at the hotel and offered to visit the bar (after a difficult road). The settlement passed very quickly, we were given cards from the numbers and documents to fill out at a convenient time for us. In the room we were waiting for a compliment from the hotel - a bottle of wine and snacks.
It feels like the hotel is new and clean. The standard rooms are beautiful, spacious, with large terraces. The bathrooms are also spacious and equipped with everything you need (shower + bath).
Food without complaints - a great choice, excellent quality. Since we were not resting in season, the restaurant was quite spacious.
The hotel has swimming pools, but we were not very lucky with the weather, so we did not use them. There is also an indoor pool at the spa area (children can only be there until 14:00). The beach is within walking distance, about 8-10 minutes, or an electric car from the hotel.
The hotel staff is very friendly and well-disposed.
The hotel has WI-FI, although the room worked intermittently.
You can also rent a car at the hotel and tour the island.
Have a good rest!

Overall I liked the food at the hotel, the choice of dishes at breakfast is very good. I was especially pleased with one moment: since we rested with children and it was always a problem to feed them, then for breakfast they offered a huge variety of cereal and pancakes, the children certainly appreciated this.
As for the beach, as it was indicated on the site, it really is. The beach is across the road, but it took us only 5 minutes to get to it, or it was enough to go to the hotel entrance with a towel in hand, like here the porter came up to us and took us to the beach. Umbrellas, sunbeds, towels for free. We were only a couple of times on the hotel beach, as the children preferred the pool more. But nevertheless, we appreciated the beach.
Room cleaning was daily, shampoos were reported daily, nothing to complain about. On the first day of our stay, they asked if the cleaning time was right, we met this for the first time!
Free Internet works, but not everywhere. For example, in the lobby it works fine, but it doesn’t reach the room at all (
In my opinion, the hotel is very suitable for families without children, since there was practically no children's animation, but for adults, there were various themed evenings with live music, evening shows (I really liked it by the way)
As for the guests and the overall environment, despite the fact that the hotel is fully occupied and a little more than 1000 people live in it at the same time, thanks to an interesting layout and a large area, there is a feeling of privacy and solitude. There are almost no our compatriots, which was very pleasing, Russian speech was practically absent.
Well, in general, it seems to me that the hotel is ideal for both a romantic getaway and a family one and is well located for traveling around the island. We took 2 excursions offered by our company, and the rest of the time we explored the island ourselves. We found many beautiful and small bays. and fresher food. The island itself is very beautiful, although in some places there is practically no greenery and the scorching sun made my head spin!
In general, we liked everything very much and if we decide to come here again next year, we will most likely choose the same hotel!

The bathroom has nice white towels, bathrobes and slippers, a large set of soap accessories, which was constantly replenished with use. We lived in a double room overlooking the pool, sometimes there was noise in the evening, there were guests with children in our part of the hotel. Separately, a little higher there are buildings where rest is provided only for adults. On the very first day, immediately after checking in, there were problems with using the safe, we turned to the reception, they came to us and set it up, there were no more problems with it. The guests at the hotel are quite different, many Europeans, few of our compatriots. Although the staff is quite smiling and friendly, it seems that they are more friendly to Europeans than to us. We have no complaints about food, we went on an all-inclusive basis. I really liked pizza and pasta, just ate feta and olives. Everything is delicious, varied, a large selection of both meat and fish, a sea of u200bu200bsalads, they especially succeeded in grilled dishes. Fruits and desserts are also plentiful. For breakfast, in addition to everything, there were excellent pancakes, and you could also take ice cream at any time. I have never come across anything fresh. The waiters are great, everything is in time, I did not have to wait for half an hour. At the entrance to the restaurant there is a dress code, men must wear trousers. Of the entertainment in the hotel, mainly sports activities, yoga, aerobics, volleyball, tennis, in the evening the hotel is quite quiet, you can listen to live music, there are no discos. Separately, about the beach - it is located across the road, there is an underground passage, a car often runs, you can drive it. The beach is sandy and pebbly, sun loungers and towels are free of charge, can be changed on request. We really liked the hotel, while living here, we enjoyed good service and food, had a great swim in the sea and managed to explore Rhodes. If we go to this island again, we will choose some other part of the island, for a change, but I definitely recommend this hotel.

Pros: very nice modern design of the territory and rooms, everything is very new Cons: the beach and the road to it, the main restaurant looks a little smaller. Regular rooms also match the photos. At first, the view from the windows of the room I got was terrifying, my eyes opened up to the road and the abandoned building, in the morning I looked at the sea behind the road, it became much more fun, because the rooms in the bungalow overlooking the pool are more like honeycombs, especially when everyone falls out to swim in the evening, they sit on their verandas and buzz))) Now about the sad thing: the food did not please, neither in the morning nor in the evening. If you are counting on a hot omelet with some additives, forget it - everything is simple here, what you will find is yours, in the evening too. . . Greens and fruits do not give the impression of freshly cut. About itself: the beachzhzhzhzhzh The road is unpleasant. Wherever you live, you need to go back to the reception, go through the parking lot, naturally without signs of greenery (a dubious pleasure in the heat), then through the underpass (hotel on line 2), then through the gray and dusty wasteland and voila. . . Beach. 4 lines of 10 pairs of sunbeds. . . Everything. Toilet plastic booth (hello beer festival), shower 1, changing cabin 1. Although, to be honest, no more is needed, there is no hype. . . Don't forget to bring drinks with you, otherwise you will be thirsty. . . And it's nice to have a drink on the coast. . . But the water is wonderful, not bad music and majito in the bar)))) If you call the waiter)) If you are a fan of sunbathing by the pool, you are definitely here, if not, explore the market. . .

From objective shortcomings 1. Lack of shade - there is no greenery and shade at all in the hotel (and it is not expected - almost everything is concreted). Most of all, it resembles an Egyptian new building - a chic hotel has been built, but the palm trees have not yet grown. 2. Road to the sea. 1. Lack of shade - there is no greenery and shade at all in the hotel (and it is not expected - almost everything is concreted). Most of all, it resembles an Egyptian new building - a chic hotel has been built, but the palm trees have not yet grown.
2. Road to the sea. Of course, the mention that the sea is across the road is found in the description of the hotel. But I assumed that it's like a lot of places in Europe - the road runs right in front of the beach. ANYWHERE is not written that half a kilometer to the sea!! ! Moreover, the road is not pleasant - the "road of death" especially after 12. So, I describe the road. First, from the building to the parking lot (I remind you that there is no shade in the hotel). Then through the parking lot (yeah, hot asphalt, and additional heat from the car bodies). Then - a short respite in the underpass and go out to the road to the sea. The entire space from the highway to the sea is a neglected wasteland. The road itself is nothing more than dry clay clods sprinkled with stones - in places everything turns into a rut - this part is about 250 m. CONCLUSION: if you go with a small child - only a stroller !!!
3. The beach creates a feeling of unkemptness and desolation. There are only 80 sun beds - but there are more than enough of them, because far "a rare bird will fly to the middle of the Dnieper... " . Naturally, there is no food or drink on the beach - far from the hotel. In principle, I have never seen hotel workers there. The fact that this is the hotel's beach is only stated on a lopsided sign somewhere off the road. Sunbeds - very far from the water (about 50 m). Accordingly, looking after a child while sitting on a sunbed (ie under an umbrella) is unrealistic. The only option is to stand (sit / lie) right on the seashore.
There is sand in the sun loungers area, but the closer to the sea, the more stones. The coastline is small pebbles, the entrance to the water is rocky.
4. The territory of the hotel - 2-storey buildings, between which a river / pool flows. Beautiful. But the depth of the pool is constant everywhere - 1 meter. Accordingly, the eldest child (and her husband) - it was not a thrill, there was nowhere to swim. There is a deep pool (seemingly) in the main building - in the spa - but it seems to be only for spa visitors.
5. Children's club - it is (apparently, this is a formal requirement for obtaining 5 *). But it means a detached house with the inscription "Children's Club", in which there are some board games, to draw, maybe - Lego. ALL! No staff/animators provided. Likewise with the teen club. For children there is also a "playground" - 1 slide 2 swings, standing on the grass in the sun, always red-hot. For all the time I did not see a single child there, although there were many children in the hotel.
6. Animation - no as a class. What we are not fans of, but... for example, there is a basketball court. We ask what time they play there. At the reception they answer that you take the ball and play whenever you want. Well, in order for the people to gather, at least some special person or special time is needed, given that people do not know each other.
The only thing that is - in the evening on the terrace live music.
7. "Where to eat. " At the all-inclusive - there was practically no one there, i. e. all tourists only breakfast/dinner. At the same time, there are practically no options to eat during the day - either you “buy in addition” a buffet for lunch in the central restaurant, or there was another restaurant - as if on an island in the river (I won’t say anything about prices, it’s also not very tasty). Nothing more. And to the nearest non-hotel restaurant - to go.
8. Weather - it feels like there are always very strong winds in this place. After 5 minutes it is unrealistic to comb your hair, everything flies away from the balcony / from the table. Mom, who lived with us for one day, said that they don’t have such a wind.
Now subjective shortcomings (i. e. maybe it's just that we were so lucky) - the service is excellent in some places, but "surprises" in some places. For example, when we arrived, my husband dragged our suitcases to the reception on his own, waiting in front of the entrance for 20 minutes until someone took the bags from him. Check-in is at 2 o'clock. We waited for an hour and a half, we were only shown to the room at half past three - and then, the cleaners had just left. Then we found out that this was not due to overcrowding, but to the fact that they generally cleaned our building at that time. True, after I had a fight (children still need to sleep) - our room began to be cleaned until two.
We go into the room - everything is prepared for 3 people. I call the cleaning lady to clarify - where is the linen for Varya. She calls the reception and tries to find out with them... I wonder if they didn't know that there were four of us?
"A trifle, but nice": for some reason, the cost of the same cocktail in the same place varied depending on whether a child or an adult ordered (like 3.50 and 6 euros; ))
One more thing: my friend's son, even before his arrival, planned fitness classes for 2 hours a day (he is 13.5 years old, 176 cm tall, a muscular athletic boy). But he was refused, saying that the gym can only be used after 17 years (later I saw 8-10 year old children there without adult supervision).
Water sports - there is a booth on the beach. We did not understand whether they belong to the hotel or independent. But in the morning at 10-30 they were not there yet, although the opening time is written from 9.30.
On the plus side, I can say that the quality of food, varied, delicious. No fresh juices for breakfast though. Everywhere is very clean.
Yes, about the room - quite small and uncomfortable. So, the entrance from the street was directly into the children's bedroom (well, the audibility there is correspondingly high). There was no door from the nursery to the intermediate corridor. Therefore, having put the youngest to bed, we sat locked in a large room and could not even go to the toilet / open the refrigerator, etc.
