And everyone blames Natalie Tours. Dear tourists, I have never written reviews, but here I want to stand up for this company. If it were not for the terrifying reviews of tourists, we would have used the services of another hotel from the very first minutes. When we arrived Sunrise Hotel 3 *, as expected, we were told the phrase: There are no vacancies, but since such a situation has occurred, we offer you another 4-star hotel. We, having read the reviews, decided to defend our number, especially bought in advance. After 2 hours of clarification, we were still settled (from somewhere all the same there were free places), but as it turned out in vain. The entire hotel smells of sewerage, a very poor choice of food (believe me, even 3 stars have a much better choice), the bottom of the sea is pebbly. If these factors do not bother you, otherwise there are no complaints about the hotel - the staff is friendly, the territory is clean, there are many places near the hotel where you can take a walk. In general, finishing our story, I will say that at the very first meeting with our guide, we still asked to be moved to another hotel that was offered earlier - it turned out to be the Miraluna Kiotary Bay hotel. We are extremely happy that we were placed there. We were put in a room with a private pool, what could be better? ! My advice, if you are offered to move you to the Miraluna Hotel upon check-in, do not hesitate to agree. Your holiday will be great! Thank you Natalie Tours!! !
