Recently returned, lived in a family room on the 4th floor of the main building overlooking the pool and the sea (No. 406-1). The hotel in general liked, but there are a few comments: 1. The room smells like a Soviet hotel "Intourist" somewhere in the city of Yelets. They aired it for a long time, laid out orange peels, then they got used to it. People said that the rooms are very good in the new building, which is located a little to the side. 2. Old furniture, creaky beds. 3. Very strange location of the bathroom. The passage to the bathroom through the toilet (large enough), the "shower cabin" itself is small and uncomfortable, there is no holder for the shower, the water pressure is weak. There are drain holes in the floor that smell like sewage. Some of the other rooms do have small bathtubs, but we weren't so lucky. . . 4. Eat outdoors. And plus - a picturesque view, fresh air, and a minus - it's cold in the evening (in May) and, probably, it will be hot in the afternoon when the weather settles. From the pros. 1. Sociable, friendly and friendly staff. They try to understand our English speech and help resolve issues if they arise. 2. Location - very compact and cozy. Everything is nearby: swimming pool, sea, bar, dining room. Someone did not like that there was nowhere to walk in the evening, and it was unpleasant to walk to neighboring villages along a dark road. It’s a matter of preference: someone sits at the bar in the evenings, someone watches TV (2 Russian channels 1st and Vesti), someone drives a car around the island, and you really can’t clear up in a hotel. There was no animation with us, maybe when the season starts. 3. Sea. Clean and feels a bit warmer as the cove. The entry is smooth, sandy past large stones at the bottom. Safety shoes are not needed, and the best passage is on the left. For sunbeds they charge 7 euros, and bring 2 bottles of water. Chaise lounges are good: strong wooden with mattresses. 4. Food is not the most varied, but you will not stay hungry. There is always a choice of side dishes and hot dishes. Fruits were oranges, apples, bananas, pears. There is always tea and coffee. (In some hotels, tea is only at breakfast, then the machines are covered with a cloth). Beer, wine (red and white) can be poured by yourself in any quantity. 5. Pool. Medium size, comfortable depth (about 1.50). I was pleased that the water did not smell of bleach and there was a convenient entrance through the stairs. 6. The most beautiful view of the sea. The bay and the town of Pefka look incomparable when the moon hangs over the sea, and Metaxa is on the table. I wish a pleasant stay to all who gather in this hotel. We liked.
