Before the trip, I read "horror stories" about the hotel and hotel service and, to be honest, I almost refused. From the first minute there were inconsistencies. Girls dancing at the entrance, well-groomed premises (and rooms too), territory - everything made you think, and who is the author of some reviews? Went (with my wife) to breakfast in the morning with the thought of dirty plates and layers of dust on the tables. Complete nonsense! There was one day when some kind of seminar with the Japanese was held at the hotel, and the staff did not have time to quickly cope with their tasks, so the cooks came out to help them!
Rooms. There is a small smell, but do not forget where you are. Cleaning, change of linen and towels - every day. Plus bathrobes and slippers were changed 3 times in 16 days.
Territory. It needs to be seen. Fairy tale!

Beach. The only negative (that's why I put the overall four). There were enough sunbeds, they were cleaned, but a narrow strip of sand and 4 hours a day, at best, you can swim. True, those who have been on the Atlantic can argue that it is better, constant waves of 2-3 balls and wind or a calm ocean without kilometer swims.
In short, I recommend! Believe me, I have traveled the world. Although of course, as Nice, Monte Carlo and Las Vegas service is better. But that's a different story, and money!
Advice. It is better to eat in Bualu - a village behind the Bali Collection, on foot - 10-15 minutes. They ship back free of charge. If in the Bali Collection itself - I advise a Russian restaurant. Tasty and inexpensive.
Excursions. One review is enough. The rest are on their own. 30-40 bucks a day with a "comparative Russian speaking" guide. Be sure to Tanah Lot and Uluwatu. I advise Lake Bratan and Git-Git waterfall.
