The hotel is quite a decent three, the rooms are not bad (there are very good freshly renovated and simpler ones without plastic windows) We took wet wipes with us for cleaning and immediately wiped all surfaces, including the sofa and the inside of the cabinets, and lived in a normal clean room all ten days! In India, they don’t particularly bother with the cleanliness of the premises - such a national feature, so you shouldn’t demand more than wiping the floors in the room and changing towels and linen. The service staff is friendly and smiling: the beautiful Indian Anifa works at the reception desk - she is smart and very friendly, but she speaks only English. The rooms are cleaned by young Indians (they are the ones who lay swans and flowers out of towels) - leave them a dollar and there will always be clean towels in the room, shampoo, soap and even fresh flowers will be put in a glass. The food at the hotel is vegetarian, but quite varied and tasty, drinking water is poured in the restaurant (just in case, we boiled it before drinking - all rooms have kettles). The hotel has free wi-fi. Before leaving, you can weigh things (so as not to pay at the airport for reloading), next to the kitchen on the ground floor, in the grocery warehouse, for 50 rupees. We dined on the beach at the Pipkins cafe - it is cleaner than the others, and the prices are about the same everywhere. For fruit and tea, we went by bus to Margao to the markets - for 30 rupees there and back. Spices were bought at the plantation during the tour (they are fresh and not expensive there). We went on the tour with Olga, the coordinates of the ladies through the mail, there is also a phone number of a good taxi driver guy - very decent, speaks Russian. The money was kept in a safe - over the past month at the hotel there have been several cases of theft of money from suitcases in the room (they did not take appliances and mobile phones) Purchases were made in nearby stores - bargained for mutual pleasure! The beach is a five-minute lazy walk from the hotel, sunbeds near cafes, the water is clean and warm. Ayurvedic products and medicines were bought at the pharmacy in Margao and in Cavelossim (two-story yellow building 20 minutes walk from the hotel). Two translators Vlad and Lena work at the hotel - excellent young people, friendly, always ready to help, thank you very much, without them Russian tourists would not be able to solve most of their everyday problems. And the last thing - do not forget to smile, in India they love and respect Russian people, and Russian tourists are judged on our entire country!
