They arrived in India on February 24.2010. They flew from Simferopol to Moscow, and from there to Delhi. Walked all over the country for a week!! ! Loved it! ! Land of contrasts! ! Everything was so interesting: starting with how the Indians drive)) their homeless people (they have them as a tourist attraction). And there are so many of them....and all because the people are lazy. They do not want to work, this way of life suits them more, their head hurts less, because they even have schools for children from the 1st grade - for a fee.
As for the sights - just without words, because such beauty. In any city, wherever we are, there is always some kind of palace! ! And each is so individual! There were: Delhi, Jhansi, Khajuraho, Gwalior, Agra, Jaipur, and then for a week in Goa (well, more on that later). So, of course, I note that the Taj Mahal impressed me the most !! ! It's just like walking into a fairy tale! White marble and all in semi-precious stones!! ! So much jewelry work that looking at the ostentatious version of the processing of marble and stones, my head is spinning! The tour was individual, they took the two of us, and I want to say that it is better to go to India like this ! ! This is not much different from the cost of general tours. Another such moment, we wanted to take another excursion to the Ganges River, and then decided that there was no need and so much. And in India they began to ask their guide, he told us that he was 26 years old (he is a Hindu) and he had not yet been and did not want to go there, because it is very dirty! And that a normal thinking Indian will not go there. Like this.
By the way, they give a guide for all the time of excursions, he traveled with us to all cities. Russian speaking guide. There were also movements on cars, trains and domestic flights, that is. on all transport what there is))))! ! We also visited such a wilderness, where they don’t know what a TV is, there is no light, but they cook on dung. We passed such terrain when we went to the Kamasutra Temple in Khajuraho. Very beautiful temples, there are several of them! ! In general, you can talk for a long time (probably because there is something to talk about). Now for Goa! The hotel is very nice, clean and tidy! As for the cleaning of the room - 5+! Well done! In the morning they bring apples to the room! In addition to cleaning and changing towels daily, they come at 5 or 6 o'clock to prepare the room for bed! Well done generally! The girl at the reception is Russian! I don’t remember, it seems Anya, dear! All polls to her! The beach is great! As for food, there are plenty of restaurants in the hotel. But even if you go to the beach, there are a bunch of restaurants along the beach, they look so-so, but they cook the same thing! And you are sitting right on the shore of the Arabian Sea - romance...... !! ! Plus, it's cheaper than a hotel. And not an unimportant moment - do not dress too much for dinner! I came in a T-shirt in shorts and everything is fine, I don’t know how anyone, but it depresses me if I need to dress up for dinner, otherwise they won’t let me in . . )))
