What is India and Goa
India is a very interesting country. However, it is worth going there only if you have already been to a lot of places and are puzzled about where else to go. The country is very dirty, typically Arab, there is simply nowhere to eat and drink on the street. Temples, palaces are impressive, but it is unclear where all the interior decoration has gone, only bare stones - no furniture, no mats, no pictures... It’s unpleasant to make purchases, they don’t sell goods, but they sell them in, you need to bargain, demand your size. As soon as handed over the money (it doesn’t matter where) - they don’t see you anymore, they don’t want to give change. Flights are always delayed, an hour or two always.
Now about Goa. We rested in the north, Candolim beach. Imagine the villages on the Sea of Azov, the sea is muddy, the sand is yellow. anywhere you will fit under a motorcycle. There is NO entertainment at all - no music on the streets, no dancing, I’m generally silent about any water parks . . There are no walking areas, boulevards, promenades. There is absolutely nothing for children at all - no slides, no swings. On the beach they met syringes, drug addicts. Hotels do not have their own beaches, if you want a wretched sunbed with an old mattress - buy something in a cafe on the beach, and not symbolically. We took mats from home and chose an all-inclusive hotel, which saved us the joys of eating in these establishments, in the heat and at killer prices. Attention - God forbid you travel with children. A wave on the sea is always and lethal force. I grew up on the Black Sea and have been to many places - I understand what I’m talking about. When we were there, a boy drowned - he was simply stunned by a wave. For some reason, many people think that Goa is something like Pattaya. the Indians decided that they only have the sea and do not invest any money in Goa. They rested, of course, well, without incident, they saw a lot. But, again, I don’t want to go to India, but in Goa - even for a third of the price.
