Hotel "CONCORDE 3 *", October 2010. Located on the outskirts of Florence, about 30 minutes by bus to the center. People from our group had no light in the room, they said that they would have to pay extra, someone had to knock out towels. When asked why there is such a service, or rather its absence, they were answered: What did you want? You are Russian. The room is dirty, furnished with old, unsuitable furniture, the door opens with foam. Only bed linen was clean, not washed. Breakfast is not bad, helpful waiter.
