We had a cage 0.5mx05m, water from the shower pours directly onto the toilet because the curtain ends 40 cm from the floor!! ! My wife and I were on an excursion tour "ITALIA DELL ARTE NEW" Special from PAC GROUP / GARTOUR. We settled for two nights in this so-called 3-star hotel! Were shocked!!!!!! ! Horror!!!!!! ! Only Russians and Chinese, and sometimes Italian hard workers, are accommodated in this hotel!

The staff is rude, especially in the kitchen. The guide advised not to open the windows at night. I wonder why? Cockroaches, thieves? The hotel "killed" Florence for us.
