I have never seen anything worse in my life. Having a rich experience of staying in hotels of different categories and continents, I could not even imagine anything more disgusting. During the period of waiting for check-in at the hotel (we were brought to it by 8.00), my husband and I were offered to leave things just in the corner of the hall, since they do not have a safe or a Luggage room, as well as the constant security of the hotel. By 12.00 we were informed that there were no free rooms in the hotel and we would be accommodated in a neighboring hotel for 3 days, which is a) even further from the sea b) without air conditioning, but only with a barely alive fan and c) toilet / shower combined (t e. Hanging shower wash, all the water on the floor where there is a sink and toilet). For breakfast, you had to go to Jamaica. Breakfast is a different story, the food is better in prison. All that awaited us every morning was a portion of 1 slice of translucent sausage, which is already torn from thinness, 1 slice of the same cheese and a dried croissant from the bag. There were tea / coffee / water, on the buffet, so to speak, you could find cereal with a touch of old age and yogurt that was already exfoliated in a bowl. The hotel manager Natalia with her inadequate mother who lives in the hotel and an absolutely insane "watchman" (constantly snoring on the couch or waving his arms that he does not understand either English or "how") is a completely different story. Frank rudeness, insulting the attitude towards the guests, moshing with shuffling hotels upon arrival, ignorance and insolence, shocked us. The answers “I don’t like it, we don’t have anything else”, “but we have it like that” and threats “but if you express dissatisfaction in general, I will call the police and a husband who will deal with you” is generally the norm. After two days of living, they again wanted to move us to another hotel, since those people who had just arrived refused to live in another hotel (because they paid for Jamaica) and they wanted to give our room to them. While we went to look at the hotel in the hope of leaving this darkness, on returning to the room I saw that the cleaning lady had already neatly collected my things in a pile and in a bag so that we would move as soon as possible. But we refused and then for the remaining 3 days they stopped cleaning our room and changing towels at all. It was the most disgusting trip in my life, the romantic mood of Italy was spoiled and overshadowed, not to mention the fact that due to the rudeness of Natalia and her family, I returned to Moscow with the threat of a miscarriage.
