I stayed at the hotel for 10 days. The fact that the hotel is very budget was ready, but was not ready that the staff, and in particular the cleaning lady steal from the rooms !!! ! They stole expensive ray bin glasses from the room!!! ! Pulled out of the case from the bag !! ! I found it on the plane and was upset by this fact ! ! Therefore, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone if you want to keep your things !!! !. … More ▾ I stayed at the hotel for 10 days. Fast food cutlets, tomatoes are very sloppy, etc.
In addition to our group, German students lived in the "hotel", who one fine night began to break into our room...

I will also leave my review. We rested in Lucan for a week. We rested in Lucan for a week. We drove along a system like fortune, i. e. we didn’t know what kind of hotel in Rimini we were getting, they only knew the star rating - three rubles. But treshka treshke is very, very different. Repeatedly walking around Rimini, I specifically paid attention to other hotels of the same category in order to evaluate at least visually. I have never met a hotel worse than Luciana. He really is extremely miserable, both externally and internally. It seems to me that even its low price does not correspond to this squalor. I think you can only get here by chance, like us. In your right mind, after reading the reviews on the net, you can hardly stop your choice on it. Now - the facts:
- there is no reception as such. from time to time in the foyer a kind of administrator hangs out - an untidy dressed madam of a very unfriendly appearance, constantly smoking like a steam locomotive on the terrace
- neither the "administrator" nor the maids speak any language other than Italian
- the rooms are tiny, we had to squeeze sideways (we don’t suffer from excess weight)
- the furniture is miserable, reminiscent of a soviet boarding house in the Crimea, the bedspreads on the beds are very sloppy
- in some rooms, for some reason, bunk beds are installed in addition to the main ones (I remind you that there are not many places anyway)
- our room had a balcony (not furnished, of course), but not everyone is so lucky
- towels seem to be changed every day, but some of them, it seems, are not the first freshness, with stains that cannot be washed off
- a safe, a dumb-looking ancient rickety condo and even a tiny TV - for a fee (5 euros per day)
- a bathroom - oooooooh, this is perhaps the highlight of Luciana! in addition to poor plumbing (sink + toilet + bidet) and a lonely dirty shelf - a shower fixture and a hole in the floor to drain water. not a shower cabin, not even a shower behind a curtain, but exactly what I wrote: a mount and a hole. the shower is not separated at all, and in some rooms the plumbing is arranged so ingeniously that the shower hangs right over the toilet. this masterpiece is crowned by a battery under the ceiling. and, well, ventilation - a window to the street.
- food. Luckily, we only had breakfast at the hotel. breakfast is the second highlight of Luciana. our breakfast included: cereal with milk (I didn’t eat it - I don’t know how it tastes), a stale bun (it was fresh once - I don’t know in honor of what), a translucent piece of ham, the same piece of cheese (it really had to be torn off in strips from the plate, the owners of Luciana are so generous), portioned butter and terrible chemical jam, cold coffee taste of slops (having tried it once, I drank tea, not much, however, better). people who dined there said that sometimes there were passable pasta, vegetables and something else. I remember that for some reason they were very fond of pampering guests with potatoes. probably also a delicacy of Romagnola cuisine. in short, we ate outside the hotel and somehow we don’t regret it at all.
Of the advantages of this wonderful hotel, I note the good location: 3 minutes from the sea and 25 minutes walk to the Le Befane shopping center.
In general, if you happen to rest there, I can, of course, only sympathize. Especially if you are used to staying in decent hotels. But if you are young (you can do it with your soul)), you have a great company, you are in the mood for relaxation and you only plan to spend the night in Lucan - you can survive this without much damage to the psyche) At least we had excellent impressions of Italy, despite what!

Hotel Luciana 3 *, where the group was placed, impressed with its appearance and the proposed level of comfort. It's more like a hostel. The contingent is teenagers from Eastern Europe traveling in transit. the rooms are very small, bunk beds. The door to the room where the beds are located opens directly from the common corridor. Tambour, no corridor. But you get to the bathroom directly from the room. There is no bath or shower tray. The shower screen is located next to the toilet, and a ladder is arranged in the floor to drain the water. There is no place to place a suitcase or a travel bag, there is no place for them. The hair dryer hangs right next to the beds. There are no shelves in the wardrobes at all, only a couple of hangers, i. e. nowhere to put things. Tual. They begged for paper, bed linen and towels are not changed, shampoo and soap are not given out. Air conditioning, TV remote control - for extra. fee of 5 euros per day. Iron for extra fee - 3 euros! Bed linen is constantly dried under the windows of the hotel! Balconies are not in all rooms, there are no chairs or a table on them. Food - fast food type, soy cutlets. Doesn't look like a 3*!

All the same, you will spend very little time in the room and then you don’t notice it.
The staff is very friendly but no one speaks Russian, with great difficulty a couple of phrases, the owner speaks English more or less.

We were there a year ago, ordered a completely different hotel, but at the last moment something changed with the tour operator and we were offered this one. No matter how much I looked for reviews about him, I did not find them: at that time they simply did not exist. Objectively, it looks like this: the location of the hotel is quite good, next to the embankment and the bus stop, as well as the parking of all sightseeing buses. On foot from the hotel in fifteen minutes you can walk to a very good, the largest supermarket in Rimini, Le Befan (so, by the way, there is something like a cookery with takeaway dishes and a small hall where you can eat. Very tasty and compared to all city cafes , inexpensive). In all other respects, you should think very hard: all the windows of the hotel come close either to the backyards or to the facades of other hotels. The hotel has no even the most modest territory. In general, judging by the visitors, it seems to me that this is some kind of recreation center for schoolchildren from Eastern Europe, and very unpretentious ones at that. Some rooms have bunk beds. Accordingly, when these schoolchildren are visiting, there is a lot of inconvenience for everyone - they go in large heaps, they leave early and noisily for excursions, they enjoy life all night due to the absence of their parents nearby. But, as it turned out later, their presence was paradise for us. Now you will understand why. The first day of our stay, we lived only with our tourists (without schoolchildren). We were warned about the modesty of the continental breakfast, but what we saw made us shudder. In order not to be unfounded, I photographed it all: see for yourself. There was tea in bags, exactly one croissant per person, and if you didn’t make it in time and some kind compatriot ate your bun out of ignorance or malice, they won’t give you another one. There was also their muesli, but there was nothing to pour into them! Oh, and nasty cold coffee. This is all. Upon the arrival of a group of schoolchildren from Serbia, on the table with excellent "Creole cuisine" (as it is written in the description of the hotel), one type of cheese and sausage appeared (judging by the quantity, also a piece per vacationer), and during dinner there was a salad on the table. Straight lettuce leaves and all. Once a wonderful "Creole dinner" consisted simply of cutting different cheeses. Moreover, all this was prepared by himself, either the administrator, or the owner of the hotel named Enzo. And we sometimes ran and shouted: "Enzo, something is burning in your kitchen again. " Dinner is the daily pasta Carbonare, which the owner was very proud of (it’s true, it’s very tasty, but not every day! ), And the second course: for example, cheese slices). There was no choice. True to us, Enzo, due to the extreme sociability of my husband and the charm of my daughter, gave out the so-called Dolce, a different kind of tiramisu. But it was only us, he liked us, apparently. By the way, with the departure of schoolchildren, the sausage with cheese and salad disappeared from the tables. Apparently they took it with them. Regarding friendship with the owner: make friends with him, if suddenly you are still brought there. This is beneficial: firstly, we were given toilet paper, the rest bought it themselves at the supermarket, and secondly, we rested at the end of September, and it is quite cold in Rimini at night at this time. And the air conditioner works somehow seasonally, and at this time, according to Enzo, it was not the season. But they don’t have blankets, or rather they do, but we Russians are fools and don’t understand what a blanket is. The blanket is what lies on the mattress under the pillow (that is, the second sheet), and we are darkness, we go to bed without even straightening the bed. In general, everyone froze, only Enzo secretly gave my daughter a real dress (they still exist in Italy), but said not to tell anyone. Also, this friendship helped us on the day of departure: we were allowed to live in the room until the end of departure, and not like everyone else. Something like that. Think for yourself: but when I arrived only at the hotel and waited for registration, I really cried from what I saw, and several couples simply moved to a nearby hotel and settled there for a fee. And it would not be a shame if we were driving according to fortune or some kind of special. offer. It was a planned vacation, for a very big sum.
