I unconsciously jumped up at about 5.20 and saw a man running away through the balcony and yelled like a victim, what else was there to do.
This hotel is STEALING like this. There are no break-ins and no victims - the hotel's insurance will not compensate for losses in any percentage, but they are very sorry and we were offered dinners as a gift.
All procedures with the police and the hotel regarding this situation have been completed, the passport was found in the grass.
