The Red Sea is always cool!
Aqaba (ancient name - Ayla) is a city in the south of Jordan, located on the shores of the Gulf of Aqaba of the Red Sea. If you stand on the shore of the bay in Aqaba, on the right, you will see the Israeli resort city of Eilat in full view, and right across the bay at some distance - the Egyptian resort of Taba. Less than twenty kilometers to the left is the border with Saudi Arabia.
In Aqaba, beautiful resorts and hotels have grown rapidly over the past few years. If before the community came mainly for diving, now there are many carefully cleaned sandy beaches - safe and comfortable. Holidays in Aqaba cannot be called democratic. The general policy of Jordan is aimed rather at high-class recreation. There are not many 2* or 3* hotels here. And only one of them - Coral Bay 3 *, one of the first built hotels in the city - coastal.
Jordan is a very interesting country, safe and open for tourists.
