magical Jordan
A chain of hotels stretches along the Dead Sea, both 5-star and 4-star. We chose the Kempinsky 5 for security reasons, but as it turned out (then we visited friends in hotels), the 4s were also very decent, security, food, their own beach on the Dead Sea. We went on many excursions - during the season, a sufficient number of tourists gather on the sightseeing bus so that you can pay a reasonable price for a trip on an excursion. I was very lucky with the guide - he didn’t just speak Russian well (as usual, you barely understand with an accent), but excellent diction and excellent Russian, a person who really loves his profession and is patient with every tourist (his name is Muin Mahasneh, he also organizes and individual excursions, mobile phone +962.96 0.12 73). We returned to Jordan again at the beginning of March 2013)))) We were lucky with the weather, but it’s better to go by the end of March, because it was windy for several days and we didn’t manage to stay by the healing sea. We plunged into the holy Jordan River, visited natural hot mineral springs, in the pink stunning city of Petra.....- after the excursions, satisfied and tired, lay by the sea and took mud baths. The only thing is that there is no animation in the hotels, but after all the working days)))) we just needed a good rest and relaxation. Dinner in a traditional style, wine, a wonderful piano playing in the evenings, for lovers of coffee, hookah, luxurious bars are open at the hotel where you can sit, chat, listen to music, surf the Internet (wi-fi). In the afternoon we also visited the SPA, played table tennis, beach volleyball, a swimming pool, a jacuzzi - everything can be similar in terms of conditions - but we have not received such a unique atmosphere and harmony in any country.
