Japanese hotels do not have official stars. International sites give it a 4. In my opinion, I would give it a 5. At least for the view from the windows. Or for a tall lobby bar overlooking Tokyo. For a good location. The rooms are modest like everywhere else. Everything is in its place and well thought out..
