We planned a trip in December 2014, the hotel was booked in early November. We arrived on 12/21/2014, instead of a triple deluxe, we were settled in a hut, the entire place in which was occupied by three shabby beds, dirty linens and stale towels, there was no hot water in the deluxe room !! ! Nothing to do with the photos on the hotel website, No balcony and panoramic windows! We fled the same day to a nearby hotel, the price of which is 2 times lower, and the conditions are 10 times better.

The manager Denis did not resolve the situation, listened to our complaints, shrugged his shoulders and we did not see him again, nor will we see, apparently, the prepayment that we made for the hotel. We visited repeatedly, told where to find us, but apparently after the rejection of the disgusting number, Denis became not interested in us. I do not recommend! Don't spoil your holiday in a disgusting hotel.

Great, quiet location 3 minutes from the beach. Ideal for young couples and families with children. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. The only place in Unawatuna that serves such a delicious breakfast. Managers Denis and Olya will help to resolve all emerging issues, prompt with excursions, order a transfer and organize exclusive trips around the island.

This is the fifth time we have been resting with our family in Unawatuna. We learned about the Russian guesthouse from friends. We contacted the owners on the site. we booked in advance. I really liked that I didn’t have to wait, worry, and look for a driver with a sign. Everything was very clear. We were met without delay, taken very quickly along the highway (without asking for additional payment for the highway), the driver asked where our mini hotel is located.

Everything ! I liked it very much. I liked the kitchen very much. The owners themselves cook it, very tasty. Every day we saw that we were served with pleasure. It is very pleasant.
It is also important that you can always ask for advice. For example, we planned a tour for the whole evening together with Natalya and Egor, the owners of the guesthouse, in a private conversation over a cup of tea. (drank 5 teapots) As a result, we went great and not expensive.
