The hotel is located in a great location - very close to the center. Wonderful design, excellent furniture, spacious and comfortable bathroom, all necessary services (TV, minibar, internet, etc. ), friendly staff (even umbrellas were given : ) There is simply nothing to complain about. We rested in Riga with my husband on the last weekend of March 2012. We arranged a weekend for ourselves. It's been a wonderful weekend!! ! We issued visas, plane tickets, and hotel reservations on our own (the last 2 points through the AirBaltic website). In the Latvian embassy, everything is very clear, thought out - no one carped, in general, there were no problems with the Schengen.

We issued visas, plane tickets, and hotel reservations on our own (the last 2 points through the AirBaltic website). In the Latvian embassy, everything is very clear, thought out - no one carped, in general, there were no problems with the Schengen. We flew for 1.5 hours, Ivar Kalnins flew with us on the plane : )
We lived in the FORUMS hotel. A small cute hotel, its main merit can be considered that it is located in the center of old Riga. All major attractions are within easy reach. Very friendly staff, delicious breakfast, clean rooms. We liked. Upon check-in at the hotel, they gave us a map showing all the places of interest. Useful!
Went through everything on their own. Very beautiful city.
One day we went to Jurmala (20 minutes by train, the station is very close to the hotel). The sea is beautiful, the air is beautiful!
In a word, if you want to get some air - forward to Latvia! We didn't regret it.
