I want to tell you about my trip to Montenegro. Considering that it was a long time ago and that it was my first independent trip (previous years I traveled abroad either as part of groups or with my parents), I will not be very critical. We went in August 2002 (in the form of filling it is another year, because 2002 does not accept). We traveled on a good DAF bus from Lviv. The road passed quietly without any incidents. They settled us in the Alet 3 * hotel. The hotel is designed for non-rich clients, but as a first-year student (at that time) everything suited me. Rooms without pretensions to luxury, we had an exit from the room on the ground floor, so our veranda went straight to the green park. Very green, good area. The food was delicious and plentiful (breakfast and dinner). If you walk a little along the road on which the hotel is located in the city of Budva, you can find a good shop where you can buy groceries. From the hotel there is a path to the beach (you need to walk a little).
Along the embankment there are many restaurants and pizzerias where you can have a very tasty and relatively inexpensive meal. If you like outdoor activities, then there is where to roam. We took a taxi to the resort of St. Stefan, walked around the hotel-island there, then returned on foot, saw a lot of beautiful places. You can also go on foot through the tunnel to Budva, everyone probably knows about this resort, there is also something to see there. I advise you to go to the fortress in Budva. We also rented mountain bikes and rode around the area on them.
I advise everyone to go on an excursion to the Bay of Kotor and take a walk around the city of Kotor. Very beautiful. Nature is just amazing.

In general, if you have not yet decided to go or not to go to Montenegro, then I advise you to definitely go. Invest your money and choose a good hotel. And if the benefits of civilization are not the most important thing for you, you can save money and choose a cheaper hotel or apartment. I wish you a good choice and a good rest.
