In general, the son of the owner met the bus near the bus and escorted him to the villa. There was already waiting for the maid, who escorted to the room. Our number was known in advance, so we already had some idea and there were no surprises. The room is not big, but quite comfortable and enough space. The furniture is in excellent condition, nothing fell off anywhere).
The villa is not big, 10 rooms + apartments of the owners on the second floor.
In the room: air conditioning, TV, kitchenette in a niche (used occasionally), refrigerator, wi-fi worked fine, for some reason one bedside table (but for us it was not critical). The safe was missing.
The bathroom is in order, it has its own boiler, hair dryer, liquid soap, toilet paper was constantly brought. The towels are not really big.

We had a corner terrace with two exits, one part is actually ours, the second part is shared with the neighboring room, but because we had good neighbors all the time, there were no problems, but on the contrary, we got to know each other and had a good time). On the terrace there is a clothes dryer, a table and chairs. Sometimes we ate there. There were no crowds of ants. Unless the swallows lived on our balcony).
Cleaning and change of towels every day. Bed linen change after 3 days.
Location: quite good and convenient. Not far from the villa: post office, mega market, market, Plaza shopping center, Sparta nightclub, bus stop from where you can go towards Becici, St. Stefan. The nearest beach is 5 minutes walk. The area is pretty quiet, but sometimes noisy companies roamed at night, though for us it was not a big strain. In general, it is probably worth noting that a lot of young people lived in neighboring villas, but there were also children.
For those who sleep lightly and with open windows, it may be a minus that you can hear music from Top Hill at night, but I think this is a problem in other villas.
There is no own cafe in the villa, but there was a cafe in the villa opposite (Dimich Ellit), though they didn’t go there, so they didn’t know what was there and how.
From the "-": not perfect cleaning (not critical), sometimes there was summer water in the shower, despite its own boiler.
Bottom line: I liked the villa, I would come there again. Considering all the nuances listed above, I think that the villa is suitable for any contingent.
