I rate the villa a good four. Excellent value for money.
The hostess met us near the bus and took us to our room on the third floor. In the room we were waiting for a bottle of wine as a gift from the owners - a trifle, but nice.
The room is neat, the furniture is new, however, there were not enough shelves in the bathroom and a second bedside table. The air conditioning worked great, the TV was tuned to about 100 channels.
Cleaning was done daily, as was the change of towels. The hostess does not speak Russian or English, which, of course, is not a plus, but not a disaster either. When we had questions, we were able to understand each other.
The villa is close to the beach, supermarket and market, it was very convenient in this regard.
