When we bought a tour, we checked with the operator that the room would have a balcony and not on the 6th floor, to which the representative of the travel agency replied, don’t worry, we didn’t buy rooms on the 6th floor, you won’t be settled there. OK. We arrived in Budva, the transfer, as usual, brought us to the Slovenska beach, where the owners of the villa met us by car and drove to the villa. Settlement, here the question arises, who and how distributes the rooms. We are settled on the 6th floor, and not in the promised studio (it is written in the voucher), but in a regular double without a kitchen. We went to the reception to sort it out, because we were brought first, the girl just changed the keys, moved us to the studio, but again on the 6th floor. Do not think that I like to lament and complain, but for us it was important to have a balcony / terrace, which was not available on this floor, although the view is beautiful, Budva is in full view. As a result, we lived on the 6th floor for several days. Then they contacted a representative of the travel agency, the issue was resolved, the vacationers moved out and we were moved to a room with a terrace. By numbers. On the 6th floor, a good room (No. 52), a view of the mountains. There is a shower cabin in the bathroom. Wi-fi was not up to par. Towels and swimwear had to be dried on the grate outside the window, once I had to go to the neighbors downstairs to get my towel).
On the 4th floor, where we lived until the end of the holiday (No. 30), there is already a terrace overlooking the mountains, in the bathroom there is a shower with a curtain. The drain in the shower did not work well, as a result, a friend took a plunger and cleaned it a little, it immediately became better. Different maids work on different floors, if on the 6th floor she cleaned everything properly, although we lived there for 3 days, then on the 4th the other periodically forgot to change the towels (once she even took the used ones and forgot to put the clean ones), then take out the garbage, then something else . There were also problems with Wi-fi, it occasionally appeared, but not for long, so I had to go down to the 1st floor, since there is an equipped terrace with tables, TV, where guests gathered every evening, did they get to know each other? , this is generally a plus. The owner or someone from the family was also sitting there, and constantly kicked us out after 12 at night, although we did not make noise, but sat quietly and talked almost in a whisper, and we did not often sit there late at night.

Both rooms almost always had an unpleasant smell from the sewer. But according to some neighbors, they had no smells, but I note that both 52 and 30 were on the same vertical, there may have been problems in this part.
Literally in the next building there is a small grocery store, a megamarket a couple of minutes walk, many inexpensive cafes, a bus station nearby if you want to go to another city.
Taxi drivers know this villa well, so there were no problems with calling a taxi, there was no need to explain where to go.
The nearest beach is 12-15 minutes, but we went to the bungee, at the exit from Budva towards Becici, because. there, at the peak of the season, there is more or less a beach in terms of the number of people and cleanliness, and it is sometimes interesting to watch the jumpers).
Because the villa has 6 floors (in real life 7, because they don’t count the 1st), it will be problematic for people with not very good physical shape (I don’t want to offend anyone) to climb to the top floor, given that the steps are made of tiles, slippery.
