I really wanted to visit Montenegro. They took a ticket through Joyap. Price without transfer with breakfast 800 euros for two for 10 nights. We read the reviews, but decided that we are not picky, and it will not be bad at all. Wrong. The room is disgusting. The walls are painted, as from the street of the house. Laminate floor, worn to holes. The room is very small. No castle. The outer round handle has a hole for a small key. I have these handles on my toilet door. There is a sofa bed, that is, without a mattress. Thank God it's not crushed. On the upholstery of the sofa immediately without a mattress cover lies a tattered sheet. After the remark, they put another, with wiped holes. The pillows are very uncomfortable. Solid. They gave a narrow sheet, 80 cm wide. The bedspread, which is also a blanket, is a synthetic terry sheet. There is a small refrigerator in the room, on top of which lies a board on which the TV stands.
I had to move the TV to the floor so that I could lay out at least some food and plates. Giovanni provided a kettle, 2 plates and 2 teaspoons and 2 glasses. Asked for forks at the reception. The room has a wardrobe and bedside tables. There are no chairs. On the balcony there are 2 plastic chairs and a round table. The bathroom has a sink above the toilet. Very uncomfortable. Shower curtains downstairs dirty. Nobody erases them. The room smells like sewage. There is a hole in the floor in the toilet. They covered the wet with paper, the stink became less. Cleaning was 1 time. Cleaned up normally, but the door was not closed behind them.??? ? Granny cleaning lady came 2 times, but at 2 o'clock in the afternoon. when we are in the room. We sent her. The best thing about this hotel is the wide balcony. We went out to the mountains. Sun in the morning, shade in the afternoon. The view is beautiful. We were on the 4th floor. Internet is good. But sending the video does not pull. Lots of supermarkets nearby. Food - in Giovanna itself they don’t feed, you need to walk 300 meters to the cafe.
Normal breakfasts - sausage, scrambled eggs. By the way, delicious pancakes with nutella. Very slow waiters. Considering that we were in August, when there are a lot of tourists and it is better to come to the beach early, we came to the cafe by the beginning, by 8-00. And we waited 30 minutes for an omelette to be brought to you, then another 10 minutes for forks, a separate reminder of bread and sugar. The air conditioner was old, but we did not turn it on. On the balcony from the exit of the air conditioner, the entire wall is covered in dark spots. Water from the air conditioner flows down a dirty hose into a 5 liter eggplant. Montenegro is beautiful, but these apartments are terrible

I do not recommend apartments Jovana Villa 3 *. We were there in July 2022. The cleaning of the rooms is disgusting, hair on the floor in the bathroom after each visit by the maid. The cleaning of the rooms is disgusting, hair on the floor in the bathroom after each visit by the maid. The rooms are tired, to put it mildly, our bathroom door opened only on one side, because there was no handle on the other (it fell off): you go into the toilet, and to go out you need to call someone or close the door, and not close it completely . There was a case: the chips that we bought ourselves disappeared from the room and the hostess assured us that this could not be, because people have been working for her for 10 years (as if a trifle, but unpleasant). The owners are generally indifferent people. So, if you lose something, you should not count on their help.
The only thing that was good about the room was that it was large (we took a studio) and a terrace overlooking the mountains, the minus was that the room faced the road with a terrace and it seemed to be a small street, not the main one, perhaps such acoustics beyond the mountains, but it is impossible to sleep at night with the door open, every passing car or motorcycle woke up. You can close the door with air conditioning, but it is noisy, maybe for someone this is not a problem. In general, it is impossible to say that this is a quiet place.
The bed was clean, changed approximately every 4-5 days.
Wifi was free in the rooms, the signal was ok. But we traveled a lot on excursions, so we mainly used roaming.

The beach is far away, 10-15 minutes, you need to cross the highway, the beach is municipal and, of course, a lot of people. Sun loungers paid in 2022 was 15 euros set.
And I didn’t like it either, everything is nearby: here you swim in the sea, and there boats float out that take people on excursions or jet skis. It smells terrible of fuel and the sea is dirty.
You can sail on a boat for 4 euros per person to the island there, of course, the sea is simply amazing, there are fewer people. Sun loungers were already 20 euros and a beer 5 euros a glass, while on the municipal beach 3-3.5.

We took breakfast and dinner. Meals are separate from the hotel, 5 minutes walk. Cafe Stella Star, for breakfast and dinner the same choice of dishes, but as far as I understand, this is the case everywhere in Europe. Breakfasts were a little worse, only tea was free (black, green bagged local Lipton type), coffee was already paid. Dinners were more hearty: there was almost always some kind of soup and there was a choice of, for example, chop, stuffed peppers, mashed goulash, etc. Good portions. Of the drinks for dinner, only water for dinner is free. And of course watermelon for dessert. We ate.
Waiters had to wait sometimes for 30-40 minutes, they first served cafe visitors, and people like us went to work.
Montenegro is a beautiful country, in Budva there is something to see even without excursions, for example, we walked to the Mogren fortress on foot. At the top of the monastery and there is a wagon platform overlooking Budva. It is worth considering the fact that there are many Serbs there and they mostly support Russia.

The four of us went to Budva. The villa is located far from the sea. 10 minutes on foot. There can be no complaints because accommodation is quite cheap. Rooms are clean and tidy. There is a kettle, refrigerator, balcony, shower. More than enough space for two. There is an elevator, but it only goes up to the 4th, 5th, 6th floors. … More ▾ The four of us went to Budva. But then again, this is not a hotel, but just a room where you need to spend the night. We spent the whole day walking, swimming, going on excursions. In general, you can safely stay there.

We booked a studio with a balcony. When we arrived, without explaining anything, they gave us a microscopic single room supposedly for 1 night, but in the morning they said that there were no rooms like we needed. Stay in the same room. We refused! After contacting the agency, in the evening we were given a studio on the 6th floor under a roof, but without a balcony (French balcony) and they said that there would be nothing else! Our request to change the linen was responded to on the 11th day. The hosts are surprisingly indifferent, they did not even try to improve something, fix it or apologize!! ! Do not book this hotel under any circumstances!! ! The mood will be ruined!

On the 2nd day we come and we are accommodated in a room of 30 square meters. Claiming that this is a 2 + 1 studio. As it turned out later, the cleaning lady said that it was a double room. Students walked on the floor every night. Sleep was impossible!
The hotel is dirty! Only the towel was changed in the room, they didn’t want to clean it) there wasn’t even soap in the room!
In general, you can write a lot, but the advice I do not recommend this hotel. They just ruined their holiday.

The mountain view from the room is just amazing. Plus a side view of the sea. Let me tell you about the stairs. Pretty steep, half screw. We are quite athletic, but by the fifth floor we were sometimes out of breath. )) A 7-year-old child climbed without problems. When choosing a room, this nuance should be taken into account. Perhaps it is worth taking it lower, but then the view from the room will not be the same, and, as we understand, the rooms on the lower floors are different.
Rooms on the sixth floor without balconies. In our opinion, this is a big minus, because it will not work to have breakfast in the morning, enjoying the fresh mountain air and beautiful views.
Just in case, we warn you that there are no two-room suites in the villa. When we were leaving, the arriving vacationers demanded to settle them in the two-room suite promised to them by the tour operator. There was none, and they were disappointed to say the least.
As for the number itself. Quite big with a big balcony. One double bed, sofa bed, two small bedside tables, TV cabinet, wardrobe, large mirror, kitchenette. Fen was. In the bathroom there is a tray with a curtain.
The mini-kitchen has a quite roomy refrigerator, an electric stove with one burner, an electric kettle, one large saucepan, 3 rather small cups, three glasses, three soup plates, a small and uncomfortable knife, spoons, forks, a scoop (for some reason, the neighbors didn’t have it).
We were going to cook ourselves, so, realizing from the reviews that there was no frying pan, we took it with us. Plus a liter pot for cooking porridge, plastic salad bowls and disposable tableware.
In addition, we took with us a sponge and a washcloth, a bottle of detergent, and a kitchen towel. In short, get ready
When we checked in, the room was not cleaned very well. It doesn’t really matter to us, we can clean it up ourselves). In the subsequent cleaned up better. Bedding changed every 3 days, towels daily. There are no complaints here.
The air conditioning worked well, but we didn't use it often.
The locks on the doors are quite symbolic. But none of the money, things, documents we have not lost. There is a shared safe at reception, but we didn't use it. Wifi in the room was intermittent.
The location of the villa is good. Located 10 minutes walk from the sea on a quiet street. If you face the villa and go to the right, walk to the crossroads, then turn right and walk a little you will see the Europa baker (we liked it more than others, a very good choice), and on the opposite side there is a good megamarket. If you turn left at this intersection, cross to the other side and walk a little, you will see a cafe with the cheapest lunch menu. set lunch only 3.90 euros. The portions and food quality are good. Included soup, the second choice (spaghetti, meatballs, stuffed peppers, mashed potatoes, etc. ) and vegetables to choose from, cucumbers, tomatoes, cabbage + cheese. If you walk from this cafe forward to the intersection, on the corner you will see a bakery selling awesome croissants with chocolate. Really big and unrealistically tasty. The price is 1 euro. These croissants were not available anywhere else.
If you turn right at the aforementioned intersection and go forward, you can walk straight to the mountains. Gorgeous views. We even found a big turtle there in the bushes by the road.
We prepared ourselves. Products were bought in the megamarket and in the market. The market is open until 20.00, Sunday until 13.00. Prices: shrimp (royal, tiger) - 20 euros / kg, ordinary - 10, squid - 12 (they will clean it for you there). Be sure to buy cheese, kaimak and prosciutto at the market. They'll give you a taste. ) If you walk a little ahead of the market on the left, you will see a fish store, where they sell and fry chic fish (sea bass - 12, sea bream - 12, trout - 9, tuna - 20). Vegetables, fruits are cheaper on stalls. Watermelons are all ripe, very sweet. If you do not take a whole, ask to cut in front of you. We once bought a half, it turned out to be sour. Fresh meat to be grilled for you can be bought at the mesara. The nearest from the villa is on the way to the beach at the gas station on the corner on the left.
In general, the impressions of the rest are the most positive. The villa corresponds to the price.

So, I'll start my story. When we bought a tour, we checked with the operator that the room would have a balcony and not on the 6th floor, to which the representative of the travel agency replied, don’t worry, we didn’t buy rooms on the 6th floor, you won’t be settled there. OK. We arrived in Budva, the transfer, as usual, brought us to the Slovenska beach, where the owners of the villa met us by car and drove to the villa. Settlement, here the question arises, who and how distributes the rooms. We are settled on the 6th floor, and not in the promised studio (it is written in the voucher), but in a regular double without a kitchen. We went to the reception to sort it out, because we were brought first, the girl just changed the keys, moved us to the studio, but again on the 6th floor. Do not think that I like to lament and complain, but for us it was important to have a balcony / terrace, which was not available on this floor, although the view is beautiful, Budva is in full view. As a result, we lived on the 6th floor for several days. Then they contacted a representative of the travel agency, the issue was resolved, the vacationers moved out and we were moved to a room with a terrace. Here thanks to the representative of the travel agency Tatyana.
By numbers. On the 6th floor, a good room (No. 52), a view of the mountains. There is a shower cabin in the bathroom. Wi-fi was not up to par. Towels and swimwear had to be dried on the grate outside the window, once I had to go to the neighbors downstairs to get my towel).
On the 4th floor, where we lived until the end of the holiday (No. 30), there is already a terrace overlooking the mountains, in the bathroom there is a shower with a curtain. The drain in the shower did not work well, as a result, a friend took a plunger and cleaned it a little, it immediately became better. Different maids work on different floors, if on the 6th floor she cleaned everything properly, although we lived there for 3 days, then on the 4th the other periodically forgot to change the towels (once she even took the used ones and forgot to put the clean ones), then take out the garbage, then something else . There were also problems with Wi-fi, it occasionally appeared, but not for long, so I had to go down to the 1st floor, since there is an equipped terrace with tables, TV, where guests gathered every evening, did they get to know each other? , this is generally a plus. The owner or someone from the family was also sitting there, and constantly kicked us out after 12 at night, although we did not make noise, but sat quietly and talked almost in a whisper, and we did not often sit there late at night.
Both rooms almost always had an unpleasant smell from the sewer. But according to some neighbors, they had no smells, but I note that both 52 and 30 were on the same vertical, there may have been problems in this part.
Literally in the next building there is a small grocery store, a megamarket a couple of minutes walk, many inexpensive cafes, a bus station nearby if you want to go to another city.
Taxi drivers know this villa well, so there were no problems with calling a taxi, there was no need to explain where to go.
The nearest beach is 12-15 minutes, but we went to the bungee, at the exit from Budva towards Becici, because. there, at the peak of the season, there is more or less a beach in terms of the number of people and cleanliness, and it is sometimes interesting to watch the jumpers).
Because the villa has 6 floors (in real life 7, because they don’t count the 1st), it will be problematic for people with not very good physical shape (I don’t want to offend anyone) to climb to the top floor, given that the steps are made of tiles, slippery.
