We have been staying at Villa Jovana since August 15.2016 in room 37 on the 5th floor.
The mountain view from the room is just amazing. Plus a side view of the sea. Let me tell you about the stairs. Pretty steep, half screw. We are quite athletic, but by the fifth floor we were sometimes out of breath. )) A 7-year-old child climbed without problems. When choosing a room, this nuance should be taken into account. Perhaps it is worth taking it lower, but then the view from the room will not be the same, and, as we understand, the rooms on the lower floors are different.
Rooms on the sixth floor without balconies. In our opinion, this is a big minus, because it will not work to have breakfast in the morning, enjoying the fresh mountain air and beautiful views.

Just in case, we warn you that there are no two-room suites in the villa. When we were leaving, the arriving vacationers demanded to settle them in the two-room suite promised to them by the tour operator. There was none, and they were disappointed to say the least.
As for the number itself. Quite big with a big balcony. One double bed, sofa bed, two small bedside tables, TV cabinet, wardrobe, large mirror, kitchenette. Fen was. In the bathroom there is a tray with a curtain.
The mini-kitchen has a quite roomy refrigerator, an electric stove with one burner, an electric kettle, one large saucepan, 3 rather small cups, three glasses, three soup plates, a small and uncomfortable knife, spoons, forks, a scoop (for some reason, the neighbors didn’t have it).
We were going to cook ourselves, so, realizing from the reviews that there was no frying pan, we took it with us. Plus a liter pot for cooking porridge, plastic salad bowls and disposable tableware.
In addition, we took with us a sponge and a washcloth, a bottle of detergent, and a kitchen towel. In short, get ready
When we checked in, the room was not cleaned very well. It doesn’t really matter to us, we can clean it up ourselves). In the subsequent cleaned up better. Bedding changed every 3 days, towels daily. There are no complaints here.
The air conditioning worked well, but we didn't use it often.
The locks on the doors are quite symbolic. But none of the money, things, documents we have not lost. There is a shared safe at reception, but we didn't use it. Wifi in the room was intermittent.

The location of the villa is good. Located 10 minutes walk from the sea on a quiet street. If you face the villa and go to the right, walk to the crossroads, then turn right and walk a little you will see the Europa baker (we liked it more than others, a very good choice), and on the opposite side there is a good megamarket. If you turn left at this intersection, cross to the other side and walk a little, you will see a cafe with the cheapest lunch menu. set lunch only 3.90 euros. The portions and food quality are good. Included soup, the second choice (spaghetti, meatballs, stuffed peppers, mashed potatoes, etc. ) and vegetables to choose from, cucumbers, tomatoes, cabbage + cheese. If you walk from this cafe forward to the intersection, on the corner you will see a bakery selling awesome croissants with chocolate. Really big and unrealistically tasty. The price is 1 euro. These croissants were not available anywhere else.
If you turn right at the aforementioned intersection and go forward, you can walk straight to the mountains. Gorgeous views. We even found a big turtle there in the bushes by the road.
We prepared ourselves. Products were bought in the megamarket and in the market. The market is open until 20.00, Sunday until 13.00. Prices: shrimp (royal, tiger) - 20 euros / kg, ordinary - 10, squid - 12 (they will clean it for you there). Be sure to buy cheese, kaimak and prosciutto at the market. They'll give you a taste. ) If you walk a little ahead of the market on the left, you will see a fish store, where they sell and fry chic fish (sea bass - 12, sea bream - 12, trout - 9, tuna - 20). Vegetables, fruits are cheaper on stalls. Watermelons are all ripe, very sweet. If you do not take a whole, ask to cut in front of you. We once bought a half, it turned out to be sour. Fresh meat to be grilled for you can be bought at the mesara. The nearest from the villa is on the way to the beach at the gas station on the corner on the left.
In general, the impressions of the rest are the most positive. The villa corresponds to the price.
