In general, the hotel is normal - that is, it is quite acceptable to spend the night - there is no air conditioning - there is a fan on the chandelier under the ceiling - in principle powerful - but loud, there is a TV set, shower, toilet, hair dryer upon request at the reception. They only serve breakfast at the reception in the morning - there is quite a bit of food to eat - i. e. . there are bread, cheese, toasters, butter, jams, boiled eggs and there is also muesli, milk, coffee, tea - in general, modest, BUT breakfast is) everything is more pleasant than running somewhere in the morning to look for something to eat). The staff are all ok-doke - everyone speaks only English, polite, always helped with the map. To the right there is a paid place for swimming - it's like a large pool with sea water - that is, there are no waves, and there is no bottom - there is like a feeder fenced from dirt and other things - I liked it, it costs 5 bucks - they give a sunbed for the whole day and an umbrella , and swim in this calm "corral" - more pleasant than when the waves hit your face from all sides. About food - there are restaurants, cafes, etc. everywhere in this area - but sometimes I went to the supermarket - go to the right of the hotel - the prices are very good - quite real. Again, moving to the right of the hotel, already further than the supermarket, you can reach the port, where they offer thousands of tourist excursions, boat rides and other things - buy a bus trip right away - malta sightsing and then in most cases boating - well, that is, a pleasure yacht - it will be a gift to you - do not confuse it, first the bus - then the boat - if, on the contrary, you pay for the boat and for the bus - well, why overpay. . opposite this port - souvenirs - a lot and not expensive - good luck with shopping - there is also a shopping center, everything is in the same area - but there is not much to do there in terms of buying clothes - everything is cheaper with us. In the same place - 2 language schools - who are interested - look there too. I personally arranged excursions for myself - I went everywhere by bus, followed the guidebook - and it turned out no worse than bought ones - and maybe even better - when you don’t depend on anyone - I was in Valletta, in Mdina, in the village of Papaya, on Golden Bay, on red tauvere, went to gozo by ferry - all this is a must to visit - otherwise you won’t learn anything about malta. If you go to the left - you will get to Pachvil, everyone will draw a conclusion for himself - this is a place where there are a lot of bars, cafes and other things - booze, buzzing and a large crowd of tourists - you can quite still have fun - in the same place Portomaso - this is a Krutets district near the Hilton hotel - there is a large parking of yachts - the view is mesmerizing. What else to write - I have so much information that it doesn’t fit in my head, if you write something in person... ahhh... at the expense of food - you can in cafes, or you can do it like I did - I dined mainly in hotels - i. e. Hilton , Radisson and other large branded hotels are open to ordinary visitors - you can go to their lobby to order dinner at their restaurant - pay there and have a great time - and feel like a guest there - and the prices are quite normal. And a piece of advice - be sure to try the potato pizza on gozo - this is a local tradition - very tasty - and in Sliema the most delicious ice cream))).
