I stayed at this hotel in August 2009.
Lived there for 10 days and then moved out. I no longer had the strength to endure rudeness, a mess, a brawl.
There are a lot of American youth in this hotel. They threw cigarette butts, plastic glasses into the pool, where they themselves swam. Upon arrival, I paid for the accommodation with a card, and upon departure, they told me that I had to pay extra, since while I was staying at the hotel the price had increased !!!!! . Until I called the police, I was not allowed to leave the hotel. several nights in a row there were very noisy fights. the entire time the administration never called the police. When I asked why, they answered that why spoil the image. I handed over T-shirts and a shirt to the dry cleaners, the first time they returned dirty, and the second torn. They refused to pay compensation, because, according to them, they cannot establish the value of things. The beach is rocky, everyone swims only in the pool. In general, the hotel has potential, but the administration ruined it with its lack of professionalism. Many of the Russian-speaking Americans I met at this hotel had moved out or said they would discourage everyone from staying there.

There are plenty of good hotels in Cancun. I strongly advise against going to Oasis Cancun!
