were buried with my husband in the winter - we went only for the sake of skiing. the hostess there is really rude, my basic Polish saved me - hearing my speech, she even smiled. breakfasts are tolerable, but in order not to remain hungry, you need to come in the morning, which we did. and yes, there really were problems with heating, so in winter I recommend taking a more responsible choice.

So I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. The room was never cleaned for a week, the towels were not changed, the garbage was taken out 1 time. There is simply no soap in the bathroom, they save on heating. The hostess - no comments. . Breakfast, by the way, is quite tolerable, but this does not save the situation.

Let's start with the fact that Stasenka 2 is just an ordinary apartment, which is what the sign informs about. There were no stars there.
Located three blocks from Krupowka, in the courtyard behind the Belvedere Hotel. There is no territory as such, but theoretically 8 to 10 cars can be parked in front of the house.
A lot has been written about breakfast on the Internet, as well as about a strange aunt - the manager. I confirm it is true.
What I haven’t seen - cleaning is just taking out the garbage, no one has changed 2 3 burned-out light bulbs, the condition of the furniture is also not so hot. All ribs are pressed through with springs. With heating, too, tension - often save. They turn on for a couple of hours in the morning and in the evening, but to the fullest. The shower cabin was leaking around the clock... So a pretty puddle on the floor met us every evening (I don’t understand how they have a sewer system ??? ? - no one used it... )
And so - the usual mebilirashka - and costs accordingly. But there....And the cost here is a completely different story.....

Zakopane is a magical place! Especially for skiers. You spend the whole day on the slopes of the mountains and only in the evening you see your hotel or villa, but nevertheless you want comfort! Therefore, I do not recommend this villa for those who did not come by car. The rooms are excellent, comfortable, clean and warm. The bathroom is new and tidy. The biggest negative is the breakfast. . . it's not breakfast, it's tea with half a sausage, starched yogurt and a thin piece of low-grade sausage. In short, when buying a ticket there, do not count on breakfast. Further, rude and frostbitten staff. She is alone there - some kind of lady occasionally appears at the reception and with an air like "what the hell are they pinned down" otmarivaetsya all your requests. We are not conflict people and we get along well with people, but this character of the reception girl clearly does not correspond to the friendly nation of Poles. During breakfast, this lady walks around the hall and looks in so that, God forbid, you don’t slam an extra piece of sausage.
