The Museum Quarter is a large museum complex covering an area of ​​60,000 sq.m. in the 7th district of Neubau near the city center.

On the territory of the Museum Quarter there are several museums, institutions of culture and art. There are three major museums here: the Museum of Modern Art of the Ludwig Foundation (MUMOK), the Leopold Museum and the Vienna Kunsthalle. Children's ZOOM Kindermuseum is open for children.
