The opening parade of Oktoberfest takes place in Munich every year on the third Saturday of September. This is a kind of grandiose presentation of six breweries that solemnly carry their beer to the most famous beer festival. The procession moves from the city center to Terezin Lug. The parade is led by a young girl "Munchner Kindi" dressed in monastic robes of yellow and black with a large bell in her hand. She rides on a dressed-up horse, followed by representatives of the city administration and the mayor in holiday teams.→
