Already near the monument, you can see an artificial waterfall, which perfectly complements the picture and the large arch behind the monument. All together it looks very nice and the place is worth a visit. In addition, there is a beautiful view of the city. I advise you not to be lazy and climb even higher, to the Statue of Liberty near the Citadel - the panorama of the capital is mesmerizing.
