Thanks to a landscape designer, a tropical garden appeared on the site of a rubber plantation. The plantation house itself has also undergone reconstruction. Numerous sculptures and frescoes appeared there. The rooms were furnished with original furniture, old paintings can still be seen on the walls. After the death of Bevis, the garden passed into the possession of the head gardener, whose family takes care of the garden to this day. The garden has a magical atmosphere.
