A statue dedicated to the memory of the Polish and American hero, General Tadeusz Koś ciuszko (1746–1817). It is located on the Iron Gate Square in front of the Lubomirski Palace. The monument is a copy of the bronze statue of Brigadier General Tadeusz Koś ciuszko in Lafayette Park in Washington, D. C. , unveiled on May 9.1910, created by Polish sculptor Antoni Popiel (1865–1910). The monument depicts the figure of Tadeusz Koś ciuszko in the form of an American general, holding in his hands the drawings of the defensive structures of the West Point garrison.→
