THIS IS NOT FOUR STARS
REVIEW This is not four stars at all. Vologda and Syktyvkar four-star hotels are much better. The staff hardly speaks English (not to mention Russian). Upon check-in, they demanded a deposit of 50 euros for a minibar in the room (they are afraid that we will not pay when we leave).
