Pegasus hotel guides are very disturbed by tourists!
We rested at the Melia Sharm 5 * hotel in Egypt. They first brought us to Melia Sinai (located nearby) and looking at the sign of the hotel and in the voucher they assured us that they had brought us correctly. Well, the bus did not have time to leave, otherwise we would have dragged our suitcases 500-700 meters to our hotel. We arrived at 9 am, the meeting with the hotel guide was only the next day at 1 pm.

Flawless!
Nice new hotel. We arrived at 9 am - we were accommodated within 15 minutes and were given rooms next to each other (we were 4 families). The choice of food is more modest than in Turkey, but everything is fresh, well cooked.
