Uncomfortable and cold.
I liked the appearance of the hotel in the photos and the fact that it is small. Expected a better attitude, more hospitality. The staff does not know English very well, they try to speak broken and very incomprehensible Russian.

We were going to another city, another hotel, but at the airport they offered us Novostar Palmira and it turned out to be good luck) It's great that there are such places surrounded by a bright and kind aura, like this hotel) Warm sea - very close) Great staff) Good kitchen) Excellent animation, touching treatment of children) Thank you for a wonderful holiday, Novostar))) Will definitely come again)
