Check-in is pretty fast. He lived in three rooms in turn (I changed them after contacting the reception). In the first it was cold and damp, in the second - problems with plumbing, in the third - more or less normal.

For unpretentious vacationers
Lived at the hotel in September 2013. The hotel is very small, only 18 rooms. I describe only what I saw with my own eyes in one particular room, mine (maybe everything is different in other rooms).

Good hotel
Perhaps the only drawback of the hotel is not very good soundproofing in the rooms - you can hear the neighbors' alarms ringing and how they snore. But it didn't bother me much.

Terrible hotel
