We stayed at this hotel in August 2018. Everything is sad. The hotel is declared as 5 stars, at best 3 stars and then with a stretch. It was terrible
Terrible travel agency. I will not advise anyone. We contacted her in April 2018. We got on the manager Oksana. Initially, the girl proved herself well, she was very nice, she picked up a tour according to our requests and our budget. Chose, made a contract, paid the full cost of the tour. And then it began... - As soon as the money was received from us, the travel agency completely stopped working with us.
