Receptionist is not professional! And this is the face of the hotel!
I have been relaxing in Reikartz Polyana twice a year, since 2015 (spring and autumn). After the change of management/staff, the quality of the hotel is only getting worse every year, in the near future it will reach the level of the roadside hotel "Vasilek".
